I just wanted to ask can I pray in pajamas having embroidery of trademark of kappa sports wear
You can check on google the logo of kappa or you even might know already, I checked fatwas but they only say namaz is valid but I get sins while praying ( this fatwa was in accordance to praying with a clear picture of living being ) some say if the picture is small I can pray and nothing happens

As'salamu Alaikum dear brother Syed,

In my opinion, if the trademark is only letters, then it should be ok.  But if you have sexual or pagan objects in there, then it wouldn't be allowed not only in Prayer (Salat), but all the time.  Also, if the word or letters are not suggestive of anything sinful, then the wear should be ok.  Otherwise, it is haram (sinful).

Yes, it is permissible. The face of both the horse and the rider is unclear in this logo. Ibn Abbaas (RA) said:

"The image is the head. So if the head is cut off, it is no longer an image." -- Source
Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen said:

"If the image is not clear – that is, it does not have eyes, a nose, a mouth or fingers – then this is not a complete image and is not competing with the creation of Allah, may He be glorified and exalted."
