Women are by far more emotional than men.  This by itself will effect the woman's ACCURACY in her witness if she is asked to explain what happened in a certain event.

Let us look at few differences between men and women to understand better:

1-   Women have a lot more patience and emotions in them than men.  This is one of the blessings that Allah Almighty had created in women to enable them to raise children.   Men do not have enough patience in them, nor enough loving emotions in them to raise children.

2-   Women can easily get frightened.  Man can't.  It takes a lot to frighten a normal average man.

I will find a source about statistics for genders of academic careers.

Generally, more men than women are good at advanced technology like computer engineer, aerospace, artificial intelligence, etc.

For instance, Bill Gates and Steve Job are the founders of Microsoft and Apple.

I don't care what David Wood Said because the Bible clearly condemns women and children for running for leadership. They should stay at homes.

The woman's testimony is half compared to a man, ONLY in matters mentioned in Quran or hadees, eg financial matters as mentioned in Surah Baqarah..

In other cases, the testimony has equal weightage as that pf a man such as during SHAHADAH, or for LIAAN as mentioned in Surah Noor....

A woman does NOT need to repeat shahadah for two times, she just need only once to declare her faith...

When accusing husband, she does NOT need to say the words 8 times, while the husband has to say for 4 times...

Testimony is same in all matters, expect those of debt etc or financial matters.... here one could easily find out the reason when comparing the performance of men and women in maths...
