Brother, it's a personal page of some mysterious person with some pictures! And he's collecting his donations through a company like paypal or gofundme. We don't know if he's a fraud or not. There are established Muslim charity organizations out there, and this is not one of them.
I am Palestinian myself. The best way to donate is go through your local Mosque, or a Mosque that is involved in direct help to a specific location or a group of people. Otherwise, you can use well established Islamic organizations.
