 Why there's no bismillah before chapter no-9 in the Quran?

 When Hadrat Uthman رضى الله عنه was asked why there was no bismillah at the beginning of Surah al-Tawba like how there is bismillah at the beginning of other surahs, he replied that there was some doubt as to this surah being a separate surah, because Nabi صلى الله عليه و سلم passed away without explicitly mentioning anything regarding it. This is why Bismillah was not written at the beginning of Surah Taubah. However, since its subject-matter is similar to that of Surah Anfal, it was placed after it and a space for Bismillah has been kept because it is possible that this is a separate surah. (Tirmizi, Vol 2, Pg.139)

 Okay as Muhammad (PBUH) passed away saying anything explicitly then what if it is a part of surah Anfal? And who named it Surah Tauba?

 Again according to Sahih Bukhari  this surah was revealed to cancel the peace treaty. In it appears the command of killing the mushrikeen (polytheists) and the expression of Allah Ta`ala

 "See ye not how Allah has created the seven heavens one above another, and made the moon a light in their midst, and made the sun as a (Glorious) Lamp?."

okay I have read the above article. It says the verse indicates that the light whether comming from the sun (the source) or the moon has no limits. But how? Can I have some detailed analysis? Brother Osama please create a separate section for these complex verses with detailed analysis.

CONGRATULATING AN ATHEIST

Normally, when I meet an atheist, the first thing I like to do is to congratulate him and say, " My special congratulations to you", because most of the people who believe in God are doing blind belief - he is a Christian, because his father is a Christian; he is a Hindu, because his father is a Hindu; the majority of the people in the world are blindly following the religion of their fathers. An atheist, on the other hand, even though he may belong to a religious family, uses his intellect to deny the existence of God; what ever concept or qualities of God he may have learnt in his religion may not seem to be logical to him.

My Muslim brothers may question me, "Zakir, why are you congratulating an atheist?" The reason that I am congratulating an atheist is because he agrees with the first part of the Shahada i.e. the Islamic Creed,

 Is everything predestined? If so, then why does Allah warn the Kafris and Mushrikhs? Why do we pray? Becaues whatever is in our destiny will happen no matter what. Even if we don't pray. If there is Kufr in our destiny, we will commit it no matter what. Or, is destiny changable? Well I'm conused. Please help me.

 Some Muslims specially from the Gulf countries seem to be extremely racy towards other Muslims. It seems like they're giving much more priority to their race and culture. They also beleive firmly that no one is superior to them. So do you think its acceptable? Because Muhammad (pbuh) said that Arabs are not superior to the non Arabs nor the non Arabs are superior to the Arabs. As Muslims we all are equal. Instead of this we are seeing racism and discrimination in the Gulf countries. And also some Persians are extremely racy. As a descendant of the Persian race I'm not ashamed to admit this.

 What's your opinion? Are we on the right tract?

  I personally know that the Muslims from Syria, Tunisia, Lebanan, Palestine,Jordan, Iraq and Egypt are very much friendly and are not that racy. I also heard from one of my brothers that, they are very friendly unlike the people from Gulf countries.

  Its true that no other book can be 100% authentic except The Quran. But Sahih hadiths can be 70 to 80% authentic.
