Don't get it. If American military makes tafkir of Taliban, then why they attack the Afghan govt and NATO?

Also, the top U.S. general in Afghanistan accused Russia of sending weapons to Taliban, but the Russian govt denied it.

Crazy. They both accusing each other like kids.
