Noble Verse(s) 47:22-47:23

Yusuf Ali:

[047:022]  Then, is it to be expected of you, if ye were put in authority, that ye will do mischief in the land, and break your ties of kith and kin?

[047:023]  Such are the men whom God has cursed for He has made them deaf and blinded their sight.

Noble Verse(s) 4:2

Yusuf Ali:

[004:002]  To orphans restore their property (When they reach their age), nor substitute (your) worthless things for (their) good ones; and devour not their substance (by mixing it up) with your won. For this is indeed a great sin.

[004:010]  Those who unjustly eat up the property of orphans, eat up a Fire into their own bodies: They will soon be enduring a Blazing Fire!

[004:003]  If ye fear that ye shall not be able to deal justly with the orphans, Marry women of your choice, Two or three or four; but if ye fear that ye shall not be able to deal justly (with them), then only one, or (a captive) that your right hands possess, that will be more suitable, to prevent you from doing injustice.

Noble Verse(s) 4:6

Yusuf Ali:

[004:006]  Make trial of orphans until they reach the age of marriage; if then ye find sound judgment in them, release their property to them; but consume it not wastefully, nor in haste against their growing up. If the guardian is well-off, Let him claim no remuneration, but if he is poor, let him have for himself what is just and reasonable. When ye release their property to them, take witnesses in their presence: But all-sufficient is God in taking account.

Noble Verse(s) 4:8-4:9

Yusuf Ali:

[004:008]  But if at the time of division other relatives, or orphans or poor, are present, feed them out of the (property), and speak to them words of kindness and justice.

[004:009]  Let those (disposing of an estate) have the same fear in their minds as they would have for their own if they had left a helpless family behind: Let them fear God, and speak words of appropriate (comfort).

Yusuf Ali:

[004:127]  They ask thy instruction concerning the women say: God doth instruct you about them: And (remember) what hath been rehearsed unto you in the Book, concerning the orphans of women to whom ye give not the portions prescribed, and yet whom ye desire to marry, as also concerning the children who are weak and oppressed: that ye stand firm for justice to orphans. There is not a good deed which ye do, but God is well-acquainted therewith.

[002:177]  It is not righteousness that ye turn your faces Towards east or West; but it is righteousness- to believe in God and the Last Day, and the Angels, and the Book, and the Messengers; to spend of your substance, out of love for Him, for your kin, for orphans, for the needy, for the wayfarer, for those who ask, and for the ransom of slaves; to be steadfast in prayer, and practice regular charity; to fulfil the contracts which ye have made; and to be firm and patient, in pain (or suffering) and a dversity, and throughout all periods of panic. Such are the people of truth, the God-fearing.

Yusuf Ali:

[002:215]  They ask thee what they should spend (In charity). Say: Whatever ye spend that is good, is for parents and kindred and orphans and those in want and for wayfarers. And whatever ye do that is good, -God knoweth it well.

Say: "The best thing to do is what is for their good; if ye mix their affairs with yours, they are your brethren; but God knows the man who means mischief from the man who means good. And if God had wished, He could have put you into difficulties: He is indeed Exalted in Power, Wise."

Yusuf Ali:

[090:011]  But he hath made no haste on the path that is steep.

[090:012]  And what will explain to thee the path that is steep?-

[090:013]  (It is:) freeing the bondman;

[090:014]  Or the giving of food in a day of privation

[090:015]  To the orphan with claims of relationship,

[090:016]  Or to the indigent (down) in the dust.

[090:017]  Then will he be of those who believe, and enjoin patience, (constancy, and self-restraint), and enjoin deeds of kindness and compassion.

[004:036]  Serve God, and join not any partners with Him; and do good- to parents, kinsfolk, orphans, those in need, neighbours who are near, neighbours who are strangers, the companion by your side, the wayfarer (ye meet), and what your right hands possess: For God loveth not the arrogant, the vainglorious;-

[046:015]  We have enjoined on man kindness to his parents: In pain did his mother bear him, and in pain did she give him birth. The carrying of the (child) to his weaning is (a period of) thirty months. At length, when he reaches the age of full strength and attains forty years, he says, "O my Lord! Grant me that I may be grateful for Thy favour which Thou has bestowed upon me, and upon both my parents, and that I may work righteousness such as Thou mayest approve; and be gracious to me in my issue. Truly have I turned to Thee and truly do I bow (to Thee) in Islam."

[046:016]  Such are they from whom We shall accept the best of their deeds and pass by their ill deeds: (They shall be) among the Companions of the Garden: a promise! of truth, which was made to them (in this life).

[046:017]  But (there is one) who says to his parents, "Fie on you! Do ye hold out the promise to me that I shall be raised up, even though generations have passed before me (without rising again)?" And they two seek God's aid, (and rebuke the son): "Woe to thee! Have faith! for the promise of God is true." But he says, "This is nothing but tales of the ancients!"

46:15 ووصينا الانسان بوالديه احسانا حملته امه كرها ووضعته كرها وحمله وفصاله ثلاثون شهرا حتى اذا بلغ اشده وبلغ اربعين سنة قال رب اوزعني ان اشكر نعمتك التي انعمت على وعلى والدي وان اعمل صالحا ترضاه واصلح لي في ذريتي اني تبت اليك واني من المسلمين

46:16 اولئك الذين نتقبل عنهم احسن ماعملوا ونتجاوز عن سيئاتهم في اصحاب الجنة وعد الصدق الذي كانوا يوعدون

46:17 والذي قال لوالديه اف لكما اتعدانني ان اخرج وقد خلت القرون من قبلي وهما يستغيثان الله ويلك امن ان وعد الله حق فيقول ماهذا الا اساطير الاولين

 

Noble Verse(s) 76:7-76:10

Yusuf Ali:

[076:007]  They perform (their) vows, and they fear a Day whose evil flies far and wide.

[076:008]  And they feed, for the love of God, the indigent, the orphan, and the captive,-

[076:009]  (Saying),"We feed you for the sake of God alone: no reward do we desire from you, nor thanks.

[076:010]  "We only fear a Day of distressful Wrath from the side of our Lord."

[017:024]  And, out of kindness, lower to them the wing of humility, and say: "My Lord! bestow on them thy Mercy even as they cherished me in childhood."

[107:002]  Then such is the (man) who repulses the orphan (with harshness),
