yi shan- actually you are the contrdictory one, john wong! I challenge you in the open to compare notes on your books and the quran and let us see which one is the real contradictions-filled and porn-filled one! If your trinity-worshipping brains do not allow you to see beyond the tip of your nose, it is not the problem of islam; it is your own!
We can see that your bankrupt -ccol- deceptiveness has led you to say some nice but false words!! Read the quranic verse of concern in context and find out it is not talking about apostates; it is talking about "mufaiqeen" (hypocrites) like you who stab muslims from behind!
As for loving christians, and then not loving them!! I wonder who gave you such an idea?!! The term "awliya'a" does not mean "friends", the use of friends in this case is not accurate; the correct word should be "allies" and there is a whole heap of difference between the two words! We can use this verse about us not taking jews and christians for allies as a quranic prophecy come true and into the real word only after WWII; we all know what christians and jews used to do to each other, but after WWII, they became lovey dovey and the best of allies with each other in the face of islam!! We can talk volumes of material that you are not allowed to read in the west unless some years have passed by and they are released out of CIA/FBI vaults!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Get your act together and do not cause me more unger by your double standards, mr wong! I know that you have not been talking to me after you failed to produce verses from your bibles about the explicit words of jesus, but that's fine, i do keep an eye on all your stuff!!
>Actually Islam is a complicated religion. Complicated not because it is difficult
to understand but complicated because it often contradicts itself. On one sura it says NO
COMPULSION and on the other sura it says DEATH TO THE APOSTATES. On one sura it says
Christians are your friends and on the other sura Christians are your enemies. And the
reason why Muslim nations are suffering (except for the filthy rich Sheikhs) today has
nothing to do with poor governance but a dilemma of implementing either Western or Islamic
values in their style of government. On one hand if they implement the Islamic way like
Afghanistan or Iran or Sudan then expect opposition from the World governments coz they've
been implementing the Western way of governance. And we all know that much of the Western
style of governence has some Christian element in it and this upsets the Muslims. So what
do they do? WHITE LIES. I truly pity the Afghan leaders who are caught in this dilemma.
They know fully well that the ancient facists like Islamic ways of the past do not fit in
todays Western styled governments where the value of a man's life and rights are given
more respect today than before. Back in the 1800s a dying American president was talking
to his friend and he pointed to his Bible saying that is what made America great. 100
years later we see the "prophecy" of his words fulfilled.

>>PREACHING CHRISTIAN FAITH IS A POSSIBLE DEATH CENTANCE - AND TRIAL ISLAMIC STYLE
IS SO SCARED EVEN THE DEFENDANTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE PRESENT.
>>MUSLIMS ALSO LIE - FIRST TELLING THAT ALL DEFENDANTS COULD HAVE A LAWYER - THAT
DIPLOMATS COULD ATTENT THE OPEN TRIAL - BUT THEY WERE LYING.
>>NO ONE CAN TRUST MUSLIM - ALL EARLIER REASURANCES WERE WOTHLESS - LIKE KORAN NOT
WORTH THE PAPER IT WRITTEN ON
>>Western diplomats trying to gain access to the trial of eight foreigners in
Afghanistan have been denied a meeting with the head of the Taleban Supreme Court.
>>The eight aid workers face a possible death sentence for preaching Christianity
but their trial has so far been held behind closed doors.
>>The trial has been held behind closed doors
>>
>>The three diplomats decided to go the Supreme Court for themselves to try to talk
directly to the Taleban Chief Justice, Noor Mohammed Saqib.
>>But he sent a message that they would be called if there was any need of a
meeting.
>>The diplomats were visibly shaken, but powerless to do anything except walk away
empty handed.
>>They had been trying to get information about the legal proceedings against their
nationals - two Australians, two Americans and four Germans.
>>The trial began on Tuesday behind closed doors and in the absence of the
defendants, despite earlier reassurances from the Taleban that it would be open to
diplomats, relatives and journalists.
>>The Taleban says they have evidence against the aid workers
>>
>>The western diplomats are confused, frustrated and increasingly worried about the
fate of their nationals.
>>They said they had been waiting patiently for a week for information about the
trial, only to learn from the media that it had started behind closed doors.
>>The Taleban had earlier promised it would be an open trial, but if journalists had
not staked out the Supreme Court, it seems likely no one would have known the trial had
begun.
>>The diplomats wanted to find out exactly what charges their citizens were facing,
how long the trial might last and if they, or the defendants, would eventually be allowed
into the courtroom to monitor proceedings.
>>Sentence 'according to Islam'
>>The chief justice has told the Afghan Islam press agency that the eight foreigners
would be sentenced according to Islam, which means they could receive the death penalty.
>>Taleban officials have been side-stepping the issue of the death penalty, which is
on the statute books for any Afghans who renounce Islam, or anyone who persuades them to
leave their faith.
>>Before now officials have simply said that any punishment would be decided by the
Taleban's leader, Mullah Omar, who is the Supreme legal authority in the country.
>>But Mullah Saqib did say that the eight foreigners would be allowed to defend
themselves or hire a lawyer, an indication that they will at least have the opportunity to
appear in court and answer the accusations against them.
