The inheritance law in Islam and the Bible:
The sections of this article are:

1- Inheritance in Islam:
In Islam, the male inherits double the female, because the man is legally responsible for his parents, wife, children, divorcee (for a period of time), sisters (single or widowed), and his aunts. He can be sued in court by any of these people if he neglects them, and the court would enforce payments upon him to them. The following Noble Verses provide the evidence for this:
|Noble Verse(s) 4:34|
[004:034] Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because God has given the one more (strength) than the other, and because they support them from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient, and guard in (the husband's) absence what God would have them guard. As to those women on whose part ye fear disloyalty and ill-conduct, admonish them (first), (Next), refuse to share their beds, (And last) beat them (lightly); but if they return to obedience, seek not against them Means (of annoyance): For God is Most High, great (above you all).
Arabic (from right to left):4:34 الرجال قوامون على النساء بما فضل الله بعضهم على بعض وبما انفقوا من اموالهم فالصالحات قانتات حافظات للغيب بما حفظ الله واللاتي تخافون نشوزهن فعظوهن واهجروهن في المضاجع واضربوهن فان اطعنكم فلاتبغوا عليهن سبيلا ان الله كان عليا كبيرا

|Noble Verse(s) 4:11-4:12|
[004:011] God (thus) directs you as regards your Children's (Inheritance): to the male, a portion equal to that of two females: if only daughters, two or more, their share is two-thirds of the inheritance; if only one, her share is a half. For parents, a sixth share of the inheritance to each, if the deceased left children; if no children, and the parents are the (only) heirs, the mother has a third; if the deceased Left brothers (or sisters) the mother has a sixth. (The distribution in all cases Is) after the payment of legacies and debts. Ye know not whether your parents or your children are nearest to you in benefit. These are settled portions ordained by God; and God is All-knowing, Al- wise.[004:012] In what your wives leave, your share is a half, if they leave no child; but if they leave a child, ye get a fourth; after payment of legacies and debts. In what ye leave, their (the widow) share is a fourth, if ye leave no child; but if ye leave a child, they get an eighth; after payment of legacies and debts. If the man or woman whose inheritance is in question, has left neither ascendants nor descendants, but has left a brother or a sister, each one of the two gets a sixth; but if more than two, they share in a third; after payment of legacies and debts; so that no loss is caused (to any one). Thus is it ordained by God; and God is All-knowing, Most Forbearing.
Arabic (from right to left):4:11 يوصيكم الله في اولادكم للذكر مثل حظ الانثيين فان كن نساء فوق اثنتين فلهن ثلثا ماترك وان كانت واحدة فلها النصف ولابويه لكل واحد منهما السدس مما ترك ان كان له ولد فان لم يكن له ولد وورثه ابواه فلامه الثلث فان كان له اخوة فلامه السدس من بعد وصية يوصي بها او دين اباؤكم وابناؤكم لاتدرون ايهم اقرب لكم نفعا فريضة من الله ان الله كان عليما حكيما
Notice here how the parents of the deceased, his wife and children all inherit.
2- Inheritance in the Bible:
The Bible is clear about if sons exist, then the daughters inherit nothing:
8 "Say to the Israelites, 'If a man dies and leaves no son, turn his inheritance over to his daughter.
9 If he has no daughter, give his inheritance to his brothers.
10 If he has no brothers, give his inheritance to his father's brothers.
11 If his father had no brothers, give his inheritance to the nearest relative in his clan, that he may possess it. This is to be a legal requirement for the Israelites, as the LORD commanded Moses.' "
Notice how the wife (widow) inherits nothing. And notice how the daughter only inherits when no sons exist. Also, the oldest son inherits double the younger son:
15 If a man has two wives, and he loves one but not the other, and both bear him sons but the firstborn is the son of the wife he does not love,
16 when he wills his property to his sons, he must not give the rights of the firstborn to the son of the wife he loves in preference to his actual firstborn, the son of the wife he does not love.
17 He must acknowledge the son of his unloved wife as the firstborn by giving him a double share of all he has. That son is the first sign of his father's strength. The right of the firstborn belongs to him.
Jewish Laws of Inheritance
The inheritance is patrilineal. The father —that is, the owner of the land— bequeaths only to his male descendants, so the Promised Land passes from one Jewish father to his sons.
If there were no living sons and no descendants of any previously living sons, daughters could inherit. In Numbers 27:1-4, the daughters of Zelophehad (Mahlah, Noa, Hoglah, Milcah, and Tirzah) of the tribe of Manasseh come to Moses and ask for their father's inheritance, as they have no brothers. The order of inheritance is set out in Numbers 27:7-11: a man's sons inherit first, daughters if no sons, brothers if he has no children, and so on.
Later, in Numbers 36, some of the heads of the families of the tribe of Manasseh come to Moses and point out that, if a daughter inherits and then marries a man not from her paternal tribe, her land will pass from her birth-tribe's inheritance into her marriage-tribe's. So a further rule is laid down: if a daughter inherits land, she must marry someone within her father's tribe. (The daughters of Zelophehad marry the sons' of their father's brothers. There is no indication that this was not their choice.)
The tractate Baba Bathra, written during late Antiquity in Babylon, deals extensively with issues of property ownership and inheritance according to Jewish Law. Other works of Rabbinical Law, such as the Hilkhot naḥalot : mi-sefer Mishneh Torah leha-Rambam, and the Sefer ha-yerushot: ʻim yeter ha-mikhtavim be-divre ha-halakhah be-ʻAravit uve-ʻIvrit uve-Aramit also deal with inheritance issues. The first, often abbreviated to Mishneh Torah, was written by Maimonides and was very important in Jewish tradition.
All these sources agree that the firstborn son is entitled to a double portion of his father's estate: Deuteronomy 21:17. This means that, for example, if a father left five sons, the firstborn receives a third of the estate and each of the other four receives a sixth. If he left nine sons, the firstborn receives a fifth and each of the other eight receive a tenth. If the eldest surviving son is not the firstborn son, he is not entitled to the double portion.
Philo of Alexandria and Josephus also comment on the Jewish laws of inheritance, praising them above other law codes of their time. They also agreed that the firstborn son must receive a double portion of his father's estate.
Who was the sacrificed son?
1- Who was the sacrificed son?
Ishmael's Covenant was made for the latter generations according to both Islam and the Bible. Let us look at Ishmael in great details:
2- The Bible’s Support for Ishmael:
Even in the altered Bible, there is strong evidence that support that Ishmael was the son to be sacrificed. Ishmael's name means "GOD Heard", which implies:
•Ishmael was 13 years older than Isaac, and •Noble Verse 37:102 supports that Ishmael was a teenage boy:

3- Abraham had no child for almost 100 years. He was completely barren:
Abraham was very desperate for a son. Ishmael was the greatest gift from GOD Almighty to Abraham. This is why Abraham named him GOD finally Answered my Prayer. GOD Almighty put Abraham to the ultimate test by Commanding him to slaughter this precious son. Abraham obeyed GOD Almighty by attempting to slaughter his son, Ishmael. Ishmael too was true to his promise. He never resisted, nor disobeyed. He was willing to get slaughtered for the Will of Allah Almighty. GOD Almighty saved Ishmael at the last minute, and Commanded Abraham to slaughter a ram instead.
4- The corrupt Jewish books say it was Isaac:
But the name "ISHMAEL" really exposes their lies and gives it all away! The name clearly suggests that Abraham was MOST DESPERATE with Ishmael, and hence, Ishmael's test would‘ve been FAR GREATER than Isaac's. Isaac was the second son, and 13 years younger. The Jewish Law gives double the inheritance to the OLDEST SON when the father dies (Deuteronomy 21:17).
This is not a war between Ishmael and Isaac. In Islam, we honor all of the people of Israel's Prophets and Messengers of GOD Almighty. Peace be upon Abraham, Ishmael and Isaac. And peace be upon Hagar and Sara. Again, please visit:
Again, please visit: Ishmael was put on pause until the Israelites' Covenant passes. See slides 32-38. Both the Bible and Glorious Quran agree on this.
"El" in names as in Ishmael was common among the Jews. Is the GOD of Islam different? Allah Almighty allowed for His Holy Name to be shortened as "El" in Ishmael, and Lillah for Li-Allah in the Quran, as in Alhamdulillah in both Islam and Judaism.
The "im" in Hebrew is a majestic plural for GOD Almighty. The root Word is "Eloh". And the more original Jews such as Yemenites and others say Alohim or Alah-im. And when you yourself pronounce it, you do naturally pronounce it with a double "l": Allah. Jews do call Him: Allah-im. Aramaic-speaking people also call GOD Almighty Allah. See the following videos for Biblical references and proofs. Also, pre-Islamic Biblical archeological findings have GOD Almighty as "Allah". So the Original Holy Name for GOD Almighty is not Eloh. It is Allah! Eloh is a Hebrew dialect, which not all Hebrew speakers use anyway. Allah had always been the Original and Universal GOD Almighty even before birth of Judaism, and the existence Hebrew. And Hebrew is a developed language from Phoenician. See the following links:
6- What about “EL”?
•"El" was a shortened name for Allah (ALIF, LAMED, LAMED, HEY) In Hebrew. Watch above vidoes. •Allah is also spelled out with ALIF, LAMED, LAMED, HEY in Hebrew to be GOD. •Allah Almighty allowed for shortening of His Holy Name and Titles for the Jews. This is where you get Ishmael, Garbriel, Ezekiel (short for Allah). This is also where you get Hallelujah, Netanyahu (short for Yahuwah, or Yahweh) •Islam also has shortened Name for Allah Almighty. –Alhamdulillah is short for Alhamdu li Allah. Visit:
It is quite clear that in Islam, the the man is responsible for the women of his immediate family. Also, the parents of the deceased, his wife and children all inherit.
In the Bible, on the other hand, the widow and the deceased parents inherit nothing as long as children exist. And if sons exist, then daughters inherit nothing. And the oldest son gets double the younger son.

Is wife-beating allowed in Islam?
Where in the entire Bible is wife-beating forbidden? Jesus himself witnessed it and never once denounced it.

Allah Almighty Said in the Glorious Quran:
"O ye who believe! When ye deal with each other, in transactions involving future obligations in a fixed period of time, reduce them to writing; let a scribe write down faithfully as between the parties: let not the scribe refuse to write: as God Has taught him, so let him write. Let him who incurs the liability dictate, but let him fear His Lord God, and not diminish aught of what he owes. If they party liable is mentally deficient, or weak, or unable Himself to dictate, let his guardian dictate faithfully, and get two witnesses, out of your own men, and if there are not two men, then a man and two women, such as ye choose, for witnesses, so that if one of them errs, the other can remind her...."
