Asalamu alaykum,

They say that all the surahs initialed with A.L.M have a total occurance of the three letters taken together that is a multiple of 19. The same goes for the other initialed surahs e.g ya-seen, ha-meem etc.

How can we know that this is legitimate? For example, isnt the Alif a vowel, therefore its not compulsory to write it, therefore how can you still count all of the Alif-Lam-Meem letters together?

Over it are Nineteen.
IN THIS VERSE WE HAVE THE NUMBER 19 WITH THE NUMBER 345 
19 X 345 = 6555     AND IT IS THE SUM OF THE NUMBERS FROM 1 TO 114  ( THE CHAPTERS IN THE QURAN)

Chapter 9 has missing bismillah. It has 129 verses write 1234567.....127128129/19. Over 300 digit number divisible by 19 no remainder.

17+12 = 29      12+11 = 23
19+18 = 37      18+43 = 61
It was therefore suggested that paired verses are meant to complete each other’s meaning as verses 2 & 3 and 6 & 7 do.
Arranging the number of letters in each Key verse right-to-left gives a number that only divides by 19 as follows:
          43181911121719    =       19 * 2272732164301

This is most likely my last question. I never wanted to be caught up with these things. This ruined my vacation and my studies to be honest. theres verses in quran revealed talking about disblievers going hell. It was actually refering to certain disbelievers at the time does that mean its only for them NO. A verse can be  revealed in  a certain situation but be general. So for e.g  i say to u  be good to that man . Tht can be general also be good to all men.

Whats the proof its general the proof is after tht verse was revealved the prophet had good relations with the
1.Christians of najaran he was kind to them he let them pray in the mosq .
2. Conquest of mecca he was kind to them all he said to his enemies may God forgiv u
3.Quran says hes been sent as a mercy to the worlds so if hes sent as a mercy how can tht verse be only specific to tht.
4.The prophet said Allah will not be merciful to thsoe who are not merciful to MANKIND THT enough shows tht verse is general


Also,  i cnt find the hadith at the moment but ther was a verse revealved for a certain situation the man asked the prophet is it only refering to me  the prophet said all mankind. Also the verses of 4 wives was revealed in a certain situation but its general aswell. Like the verses of killing its a specific situation but it can be general aswell if a similar situation arises wer the enemy attacks.

1. in Arabic word has multiple meanings like alaqah has 3 meanings all 3 is correct that is fine but if u had a word that had 4 meanings and 3 of them made sense if u translated it why would u choose the 1 that fits the scientific fact because a critic could argue that same word has other meanings why not translate like that
 
2. Isn't it subjective debatable some can say the verse meaning something else

4. Almost all the scientific facts have been mentioned before the Quran maybe few havent lets give an e.g Quran says embryo looks like a leech but no 1 mentioned it explicitly a leech but used another different word which still resembles a leech u see the point .
