illegal consumption of booty prohibited:
Muslim :: Book 31 : Hadith 5933
Muslim :: Book 19 : Hadith 4329
A hadith has been narrated by Mus'ab b. Sa'd who heard it from his father as saying:" Four verses of the Qur'an have been revealed about me. I found a sword (among the spoils of war). It was brought to the Holy Prophet (may peace be upon him). He (my father) said: Messenger of Allah, bestow it upon me. The Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: Place it there. Then he (my father) stood up and the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said to him: Place it from where you got it. (At this) he (my father) said again: Messenger of Allah, bestow it upon me Shall I be treated like one who has no share in (the booty)? The Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him said: Place it from where you got it.

Distribute booty equally /theft prohibited:
Muslim :: Book 10 : Hadith 3867
Hanash reported: We were along with Fadala b. Ubaid (Allah be pleased with him) in an expedition. There fell to my and my friend's lot a necklace made of gold, silver and jewels. I decided to buy that. I asked Fadala b. 'Ubaid, whereupon he said: Separate its gold and place it in one pan (of the balance) and place your gold in the other pan, and do not receive but equal for equal, for I heard Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: He who believes in Allah and the Hereafter should not take but equal for equal.
Muslim :: Book 20 : Hadith 4505
Dawud :: Book 14 : Hadith 2697

One fifth of booty gives to charity:
8:1. They ask you (O Muhammad SAW) about the spoils of war. Say: "The spoils are for Allâh and the Messenger." So fear Allâh and adjust all matters of difference among you, and obey Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad SAW), if you are believers.
8: 41. And know that whatever of war-booty that you may gain, verily one-fifth (1/5th) of it is assigned to Allâh, and to the Messenger, and to the near relatives [of the Messenger (Muhammad SAW)], (and also) the orphans, Al-Masâkin (the poor) and the wayfarer, if you have believed in Allâh and in that which We sent down to Our slave (Muhammad SAW) on the Day of criterion (between right and wrong), the Day when the two forces met (the battle of Badr) - And Allâh is Able to do all things.
Bukhari :: Book 4 :: Volume 51 :: Hadith 33
Narrated Ibn 'Umar:
When 'Umar got a piece of land in Khaibar, he came to the Prophet saying, "I have got a piece of land, better than which I have never got. So what do you advise me regarding it?" The Prophet said, "If you wish you can keep it as an endowment to be used for charitable purposes." So, 'Umar gave the land in charity (i.e. as an endowments on the condition that the land would neither be sold nor given as a present, nor bequeathed, (and its yield) would be used for the poor, the kinsmen, the emancipation of slaves, Jihad, and for guests and travelers; and its administrator could eat in a reasonable just manner, and he also could feed his friends without intending to be wealthy by its means."
Bukhari :: Book 8 :: Volume 73 :: Hadith 195
Bukhari :: Book 5 :: Volume 59 :: Hadith 655
Bukhari :: Book 4 :: Volume 56 :: Hadith 712,713
Bukhari :: Book 1 :: Volume 2 :: Hadith 50
Muslim :: Book 21 : Hadith 4768
59:7. What Allâh gave as booty (Fai') to His Messenger (Muhammad SAW) from the people of the townships, - it is for Allâh, His Messenger (Muhammad SAW), the kindred (of Messenger Muhammad SAW), the orphans, Al¬Masâkin (the poor), and the wayfarer, in order that it may not become a fortune used by the rich among you.
59:8. (And there is also a share in this booty) for the poor emigrants, who were expelled from their homes and their property, seeking Bounties from Allâh and to please Him. And helping Allâh (i.e. helping His religion) and His Messenger (Muhammad SAW). Such are indeed the truthful (to what they say)

Tattoo prohibited:
Muslim :: Book 24 : Hadith 5301
'Abdullah reported that Allah had cursed those women who tattooed and who have themselves tattooed, those who pluck hair from their faces and those who make spaces between their teeth for beautification changing what God has created.
Bukhari :: Book 7 :: Volume 72 :: Hadith 825
Narrated Ibn 'Umar :
I heard the Prophet saying, (or the Prophet said), "Allah has cursed the lady who practices tattooing and that who gets it done for herself, and also the lady who lengthens hair artificially and that who gets her hair lengthened artificially." The Prophet has cursed such ladies.

Narrated 'Abdullah :
Allah has cursed those women who practise tattooing and those who get it done for themselves, and those who remove hair from their faces, and those who artificially create spaces between their teeth to look beautiful, such women as alter the features created by Allah. Why should I not then curse those whom Allah's Apostle has cursed and that is in Allah's Book?
Bukhari :: Book 7 :: Volume 63 :: Hadith 259
Narrated Abu Juhaifa:
The Prophet cursed the lady who practices tattooing and the one who gets herself tattooed, and one who eats (takes) Riba' (usury) and the one who gives it. And he prohibited taking the price of a dog, and the money earned by prostitution, and cursed the makers of pictures.

WIKI SAYS
#a black woman appeared, naked with disheveled hair, wailing and beating on her chest. Sa‘d immediately killed her...........
#an Ethiopian woman was killed...............
WIKIPEDIA IS NOT AUTHORITY OF ISLAMIC LAW
THE AUTHORITY SAYS
Dawud :: Book 14 : Hadith 2663
Narrated Rabah ibn Rabi':

When we were with the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) on an expedition, he saw some people collected together over something and sent a man and said: See, what are these people collected around? He then came and said: They are round a woman who has been killed. He said: This is not one with whom fighting should have taken place. Khalid ibn al-Walid was in charge of the van; so he sent a man and said: Tell Khalid not to kill a woman or a hired servant.

Dawud :: Book 14 : Hadith 2681
Narrated AbuAyyub al-Ansari:

AbuDawud said: The narrators other than Sa'id reported from Ibn Wahb in this tradition: "(Killed him) with arrows in confinement." When AbuAyyub al-Ansari was informed about it, he said: I heard the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) prohibiting to kill in confinement. By Him in Whose hands my soul is, if there were a hen, I would not kill it in confinement. AbdurRahman ibn Khalid ibn al-Walid was informed about it (the Prophet's prohibition). He set four slaves free.

KILLING INNOCENT PROHIBITED
5: 32. Because of that We ordained for the Children of Israel that if anyone killed a person not in retaliation of murder, or (and) to spread mischief in the land - it would be as if he killed all mankind, and if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of all mankind. And indeed, there came to them Our Messengers with clear proofs, evidences, and signs, even then after that many of them continued to exceed the limits (e.g. by doing oppression unjustly and exceeding beyond the limits set by Allah by committing the major sins) in the land!.
6: 151. Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Come, I will recite what your Lord has prohibited you from: Join not anything in worship with Him; be good and dutiful to your parents; kill not your children because of poverty - We provide sustenance for you and for them; come not near to Al-Fawâhish (shameful sins, illegal sexual intercourse, etc.) whether committed openly or secretly, and kill not anyone whom Allâh has forbidden, except for a just cause (according to Islâmic law). This He has commanded you that you may understand.

KILLING WOMEN PROHIBITED
Malik :: Book 21 : Hadith 21.3.10
Do not kill women or children or an aged, weak person,Do not cut down fruit-bearing trees.Do not destroy an inhabited place. Do not slaughter sheep or camels except for food. Do not burn bees and do not scatter them. Do not steal from the booty,
Malik :: Book 21 : Hadith 21.3.8
Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab that a son of Kab ibn Malik (Malik believed that ibn Shihab said it was Abd ar-Rahman ibn Kab) said, "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade those who fought ibn Abi Huqayq (a treacherous jew from Madina) to kill women and children.
Muslim :: Book 19 : Hadith 4456
……….And the of Allah (may peace be upon him) did not kill the children of the enemy, so thou shouldst not kill the children……………
Bukhari :: Book 4 :: Volume 52 :: Hadith 257,258
Narrated Ibn 'Umar:
During some of the Ghazawat of Allah's Apostle a woman was found killed, so Allah's Apostle forbade the killing of women and children.

KILLING SLAVE PROHIBITED

Dawud :: Book 39 : Hadith 4501
Narrated Samurah:
The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) Said: If anyone kills his slave, we shall kill him, and if anyone cuts off the nose of his slave, we shall cut off his nose.
Dawud :: Book 14 : Hadith 2681

112:1. Say (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)): "He is Allâh, (the) One.

SO WHAT ABOUT THE OTHERS

53: 42. And that to your Lord (Allâh) is the End (Return of everything).
43. And that it is He (Allâh) Who makes (whom He wills) laugh, and makes (whom He wills) weep;
44. And that it is He (Allâh) Who causes death and gives life;
45. And that He (Allâh) creates the pairs, male and female,

35:11. And Allâh did create you (Adam) from dust, then from Nutfah (male and female discharge semen drops i.e. Adam's offspring), then He made you pairs (male and female). And no female conceives or gives birth, but with His Knowledge. And no aged man is granted a length of life, nor is a part cut off from his life (or another man's life), but is in a Book (AlLauh AlMahfûz) Surely, that is easy for Allâh.

78: 6. Have We not made the earth a resting place?
7. And the mountains as stakes?
8. And We created you in pairs

13:3. And it is He Who spread out the earth, and placed therein firm mountains and rivers and of every kind of fruits He made Zawjain Ithnaîn (two in pairs - may mean two kinds or it may mean: of two sorts, e.g. black and white, sweet and sour, small and big, etc.) He brings the night as a cover over the day. Verily, in these things, there are Ayât (proofs, evidences, lessons, signs, etc.) for people who reflect.
36:36. Glory be to Him, Who has created all the pairs of that which the earth produces, as well as of their own (human) kind (male and female), and of that which they know not.
43:12. And Who has created all the pairs and has appointed for you ships and cattle on which you ride
LIKE ALL THE THINGS INSIDE UNIVERSE ALLHA CREATED AS PAIRS MALE/FEMALE... PROTON/ELECTRON...POSITIVE/NEGATIVE ...CORK/ANTI CORK...DAY/NIGHT.....WAVES/DUEL ......BUT HE ONLY ' ONE ',BEC'S HE BEYOND UNIVERSE ,HE NO NEED OF TIME/SPACE/ATOM/DAY/NIGHT/CELL FOR HIS EXISTENCE.......

HINDUISM NOT AN IDEAL RELIGION:BECAUSE
1) Support caste system:

“the Brahman is created from the head, the Vaishya from the hands and the Sudra from the feet of the Parampurusha”( (Purusha verse of the Rig Veda 10:90:12).
" avidhom shchiva vidoscha brahmano divatham "(narada smrithi 9:317)

“A brahmin, whether he scholar or madman, believe that he is god”

" dushelo pi dhijo pujanitho shudro jidendriya "(parashra smrithi 8:33)

"a brhmin Butcher is better than scholar shudra " incarnation

"A Brahmin equal to god, they must forcefully suppress the lower cast people make them their slaves" (manusmrithi 9:317)

2) Against freedom of women:

The status of the woman that prevailed during the age of the Rig Veda was indeed a pathetic one. In the thinking of those times, she was one who could never be trusted and was the one who had the heart of a jackass. Urvashi, who was an Apsaras (goddess) , tells her lover Pururavas thus:
“O Pururavas! Die not, flee not; may not the frenzied wolves tear thee apart. Verily, there must never be the companionship of women. For their hearts are as the heart of the Hyena. There can never be the company of women. Go back to home.” ( Rigvedia Shathapath brahmanam 11:5, 1:10 as quoted by D.D. Kosambi, Myth and Reality , p. 105)

" Pururavo Yamrathama prapaptha
  Matha Vrakaso ashivasa ukshan
  Navayasthrina ni sakya nisanthi
  Salavya Kanam hrathyanenyatha " (Rig Veda 10:95:15)

3)   veda promote vulgarity:

Indran drink alcohol (somarasm) and he killed varthyan (Rig Veda 2:15:4)

Veda promotes to worship to alcohol (somarasm) (Rig Veda 1:91:17)

Describe the sexuality of women:

" veda describe the sexuality of women like women breast and thigh and broken all the limit of Vulgarity "

(Rig Veda:mandalam 10:10-15)
(shukla yejurveda 23:22-25)
(adarva veda:chathurdashakandam 2:38)

Veda support to human sex with animal:

" to control the Oxygen(prana vayu) you sex with female goat, to get better speaking technical you sex with male goat, to get better future you sex with bull "(shukla yejurveda 21:60)

Father sex with Daughter (adrva veda:navma kandam 10:12)

Brother sex with sister:

" Sister of yemen kamathura welcomes her brother yemen to sex with her "(Rig Veda:mandalam 10:10-12)

These verses indicated that the period of Veda the living style of Aryans contain all the vulgarity.

4)   against science:

" The sun was the chariot with seven horses travel around the earth "(Rig Veda:mandalam 1:50)

" Rahu the son of asura hide the sun with Blindness it was reason for Solar Eclipse "(Rig Veda:mandalam 10:40)

“The reason of tuberculosis was high Coitus "(Rig Veda:sapthkama kandam 76:1-5)

5)   Support polytheism & MONOTHEISM:

" akam sadhypra bahuda vadandhi " (Rigveda 2:3:6)
" a sholor declare god Essence in different way "

" akam santham bahudha kalpayanthi "(Rigveda 8:6:6)
" a Intelligent understand that essence of god in different way "

One god creates all the matters in our universe, Deity, paradise and earth. He is the source of all the good things so we pray to him only.
(Rig Veda 10:-81:-1.)
(Shwethashathora Upanishath 3:1)

6)KILLING INFIDELS
Vishnu Purana 3:17 (p.337) This deceptive vision shall wholly beguile the Daityas,so that, being led astray from the path of the Vedas, they may be put to death; for all gods, demons, or others, who shall be opposed to the authority of the Veda,shall perish by my might, whilst exercised for the preservation of the world.

Don't speak to infidels
Vishnu Purana 3:18 (p.343)In consequence of the fault committed by Śatadhanu, by speaking to an infidel when he was engaged in a solemn fast, he was born again as a dog.

Manu 4:163. Let him avoid atheism, cavilling at the Vedas, contempt of the gods,hatred, want of modesty, pride, anger, and harshness.

Slay godless foes
Atharva Veda 11:2:23 Homage be paid him with ten Sakvari verses who stands established in the air's mid-region, slaying non-sacrificing God-despisers!

FROM HINDU SCRIPTURES WE CAN'T UNDERSTAND ANY COMMON/SPECIFIC BELIEF OR SYSTEM OF LIFE,EVERY HUMAN WHO BORN INSIDE INDIA IS PART OF HINDUISM,HINDU PPL SAY EVEN CHARVAK(ATHEIST) ALSO PART OF THAT,

# hindus believe everything is part of your soul.......
DID HITLER ,MUSSOLINI,STALIN,TERRORIST& CRIMINALS PART OF THAT SAUL,SO WE LEAD TO SAYS GOD BECOME CRIMINALS /RAPER,TERRORIST ,ETC.ALL R PART OF GOD/SOUL.........?.
" brahmi vedam viswam samastham edam jagath "(each and every maters(living and non living) in our are god)(adhoidham:sree shanracharya)

" jivo brahmiva napara "(all the livings are god)(adhoidham:sree shanracharya)
" brahmivedam vishyamsamastham edam jagath "
" aham brahmasi & thathwamasi "

If we believe the above verses, we must answer the following questions.
what the purpose we are created?, what are the purpose of Incarnation? What is the difference between from fish to kaki (Incarnation of god) from us?

" X was god and Y was Incarnation of X, at the same time Y are ideal people for X "

What a foolish believes it was?

NO SIMILARITY EVEN DEFINITION HINDU
What the definition of Hindu?
The miracle thing is there is no definition about the word Hindu, we can saw the different people provide the different meaning there is no similarity between their statements.
1)   M.K Gandhi defines they believe Veda, Upanishad, purana, rebirth, reincarnation and Hindu scriptures. They believe in polytheism and they protect the cow.(M.K Gandhi: Complete Works Vol XXI, Page 246)
2)   Saduseelan k parmeswer define we believe and follow the moral science, adyathma darshana originated from Bartha Martha and they respect baratha matha as a mother land.( Saduseelan k parmeswer :introduction to hindu dharma)
3)   Sree damodar savarkar define one should believe the baratha bhumi from sindu to southern Indian sea as hid punya bhumi and pithra bhumi he was a Hindu.(barath encyclopedia vol2:828)
4)   The word Hindu coming from the civilization of Aryan.(Sathyavratha Patel: Hinduism: Religion and Way of Life.)
5)   They believe the authorized Veda it called Vedic religion and Hinduism, believing different cast system it says ‘varnasrama dharma’, it ruled by Brahmin it says ‘brahmana religion’(Ibid-Page 1-3)
Like it we can saw different types of definition existed. From the Veda and Upanishad we can’t saw an exact definition about Hinduism.

NON MUSLIM AGREED TRUE ISLAM TIME OF DEATH & HERE AFTER

Devil/shaithan rejects the sinner hereafter:
50: 27. His companion (Satan devil)] will say: "Our Lord! I did not push him to transgress, (in disbelief, oppression, and evil deeds) but he was himself in error far astray."
28. Allâh will say: "Dispute not in front of Me, I had already, in advance, sent you the threat.
Sinner agreed their sin [hereafter]:
40: 48. Those who were arrogant will say: "We are all (together) in this (Fire)! Verily Allâh has judged between (His) slaves!"
49. And those in the Fire will say to the keepers (angels) of Hell: "Call upon your Lord to lighten for us the torment for a day!"
50. They will say: "Did there not come to you, your Messengers with (clear) evidences and signs? They will say: "Yes." They will reply: "Then call (as you like)! And the invocation of the disbelievers is nothing but in error!"
51. Verily, We will indeed make victorious Our Messengers and those who believe (in the Oneness of Allâh Islâmic Monotheism) in this world's life and on the Day when the witnesses will stand forth, (i.e. Day of Resurrection),
52. The Day when their excuses will be of no profit to Zâlimûn (polytheists, wrong-doers and disbelievers in the Oneness of Allâh). Theirs will be the curse, and theirs will be the evil abode (i.e. painful torment in Hell-fire).
46: 34. And on the Day when those who disbelieve will be exposed to the Fire (it will be said to them): "Is this not the truth?" They will say: "Yes, By our Lord!" He will say: "Then taste the torment, because you used to disbelieve!"
67: 9. They will say: "Yes indeed; a Warner did come to us, but we belied him and said: 'Allâh never sent down anything (of revelation), you are only in great error.'"
10. And they will say: "Had we but listened or used our intelligence, we would not have been among the dwellers of the blazing Fire!"
11. Then they will confess their sin. So, away with the dwellers of the blazing Fire.
74: 42. "What has caused you to enter Hell?"
43. They will say: "We were not of those who used to offer their Salât (prayers)
44. "Nor we used to feed Al-Miskin (the poor);
45. "And we used to talk falsehood (all that which Allâh hated) with vain talkers .
46. "And we used to belie the Day of Recompense
47. "Until there came to us (the death) that is certain."
48. So no intercession of intercessors will be of any use to them.
49. Then what is wrong with them (i.e. the disbelievers) that they turn away from (receiving) admonition?
Muslim :: Book 1 : Hadith 365
Sinner asks help from Muslim:
57: 13. On the Day when the hypocrites’ men and women will say to the believers: "Wait for us! Let us get something from your light!" It will be said: "Go back to your rear! Then seek a light!" So a wall will be put up between them, with a gate therein. Inside it will be mercy, and outside it will be torment."
14. (The hypocrites) will call the believers: "Were we not with you?" The believers will reply: "Yes! But you led yourselves into temptations, you looked forward for our destruction; you doubted (in Faith); and you were deceived by false desires, till the Command of Allâh came to pass. And the chief deceiver (Satan) deceived you in respect of Allâh."
15. So this Day no ransom shall be taken from you (hypocrites), nor of those who disbelieved, (in the Oneness of Allâh Islâmic Monotheism). Your abode is the Fire, that is the proper place for you, and worst indeed is that destination.
Hereafter Sinner will try to escape as much as they can possible [but no use]:
70: 10. And no friend will ask of a friend,
11. Though they shall be made to see one another [(i.e. on the Day of Resurrection), there will be none but see his father, children and relatives, but he will neither speak to them nor will ask them for any help)], - the Mujrim, (criminal, sinner, disbeliever, etc.) would desire to ransom himself from the punishment of that Day by his children.
12. And his wife and his brother,
13. And his kindred who sheltered him,
14. And all that are in the earth, so that it might save him .
Sinner agreed true Islam when they saw the punishment:
40: 84. So when they saw Our punishment, they said: "We believe in Allâh Alone and reject (all) that we used to associate with Him as (His) partners.
85. Then their Faith (in Islâmic Monotheism) could not avail them when they saw Our punishment. (Like) this has been the way of Allâh in dealing with His slaves. And there the disbelievers lost utterly (when Our Torment covered them).
89: 23. And Hell will be brought near that Day. On that Day will man remember, but how will that remembrance (then) avail him?
24. He will say: "Alas! Would that I had sent forth (good deeds) for (this) my life!"
25. So on that Day, none will punish as He will punish.
26. And none will bind as He will bind.

23
ALLHA OMNIPOTENCE BEC'S

30:26 To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth. All are subservient to Him.
86: 5. So let man see from what he is created!
6. He is created from a water gushing forth
7. Proceeding from between the back-bone and the ribs,
8. Verily, (Allâh) is Able to bring him back (to life)!
9. The Day when all the secrets (deeds, prayers, fasting, etc.) will be examined (as to their truth).
10. Then will (man) have no power, nor any helper.
57: 29. So that the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) may know that they have no power whatsoever over the Grace of Allâh, and that (His) Grace is (entirely) in His Hand to bestow it on whomsoever He wills. And Allâh is the Owner of Great Bounty.
82: 19. (It will be) the Day when no person shall have power (to do) anything for another, and the Decision, that Day, will be (wholly) with Allâh.

Creator & Creations:
The God Islam introduces is not the one sitting in heaven
enjoying the mischief of the universe and taking rest on the seventh
day after performing the Herculean task of creating the universe
in six days. Islam does not teach that everything, all animate
and inanimate things are hidden in the being called God. It
is Allah who created the universe and He maintains it. The power
of God is behind every phenomenon in the universe. He is behind
the order and symmetry of all universal systems. The influence of
His being extends to every thing from the movements in the atom
to the attraction between stars. But he is not hiding in any one of
them. God is beyond the universe. But the power of God extends
to the entire universe. According to Islam there are two kinds of
reality, the Creator and the creations. Allah is the Creator and all
others His creations. There is no one, nothing equal to God but
His creations are also real. Islam does not agree with the ``Advaida
philosophy’’ that the universe is unreal and imaginary. The being
of Allah is complete and final. He is One, no one is like Him. He
is Omnipotent, Infallible, Greatest and Creator of the entire universe.
He is most Gracious and most Merciful endowed with most
perfect qualities and absolute. His creations which are real depends
upon him.
According to the school of thought which treats the world as
`Maya’ (unreal) creation is an unfortunate incident emanated from
`Brahmav’. If that had not happened, the world would not have
been here. In the opinion of Paul (Romer 5:12), Christianity is
founded on the assumption that all creations became sinful and
evil due to the sin of the first man. If it is so all the efforts of man
will lead him away from the straight path of God.
Islam does not approve of these two theories. Universe is the
creation as well as a gift from God. It is the realization of divine
law that is taking place in nature. The act of creation is neither a
mistake nor a mishap on the part of God. On the contrary it was
preplanned and with a great purpose. There is clear and definited
divine purpose behind the creation of everything, be it a small
rubble or giant cloud, smallest atom or biggest star, amoebae or
blue whale, animate or inanimate things. Qur’an declares that it
is not for nothing that these are created (Qur’an 21:16)
Man, a Special Creation:
Islam teaches that among all the creations of God man has
distinctive and special characteristics. He has an individuality
which is absolutely different from that of any other animate or
inanimate things. There is certainly a great purpose behind the
creation of man. Man is the `Khalifa’ on earth, the only living
being with necessary powers and independent judgement. He
can make use of the universe and influence nature as well. Quite
apart from other living beings whose existence is in accordance
with nature, man is the only creation endowed with the responsibility
of independent power of discrimination. Qur’an (33:72)
introduces man as having undertaken a great responsibility
(Amanath) which the skies, the earth and the mountains refused.
While all others in nature fulfill their obligation and carry
out divine orders man is the only creation who has been given the
freedom to accept or reject such orders. This is what is meant
when man is described as the ``Khalifa’’ on earth having been
given charge of certain responsibilities. Man gets the opportunity
to decide his own future through the constructive use of the skills
which will ensure success in life or through destructive use which
will result in failure in life.
Islam views man as one who makes history. It disagrees with
the philosophy of Marx that history makes man. Man cannot be
treated as a two legged animal destined to lead a life merely on
the basis of the laws of nature. In the eyes of Islam man is capable
of bringing about total change of history.

GENERAL TOPICS | BOARD ANNOUNCEMENTS / Re: Where is Allah
« on: April 04, 2015, 10:23:26 AM »
1. Allah's Supremacy

The true believer affirms that Allah is ascended above His throne, above the seven heavens.
67:17-18 Are you sure that He Who is Above the heaven will not cleave the earth beneath you? Or are you sure that He Who is above the heaven will not send against you a stone-charged hurricane.

87:1 Declare your Rubb, the Supreme, to be far removed from every imperfection or impurity.

Commenting on this verse, Mahmood Murad explains:

The "Supreme", linguistically, is in the superlative signifying that Allah is higher than everything and is above all things in essence, power, and invincibility

2. Allah's Maiyyah

Allah says:
57:4 He it is Who created the heavens and the earth in Six Days, and then ascened the Throne. He knows what enters within the earth and what comes forth out of it, what comes down from heaven and what mounts up to it. And He is with you wheresoever ye may be. And Allah sees well all that ye do.

To some, this verse may appear to be advancing two conflicting ideas. On one hand, it says that Allah is ascended over the throne, over the seven heavens, while later it says that He is with us wherever we are. The latter concept is known as Allah's maiyyah, or the nature of His closeness to us.

According to the Qur'an and Sunnah, we understand that Allah encompasses all things in His knowledge, seeing, hearing, power, authority, etc., but not in His essence. When Allah says He is with the believers, this is understood in terms of support and approval.

Elaborating on this concept, Shaykh Muhammad Ibn Saalih Al-Uthaymeen (d. 2001CE) writes:

Maiyyah in the Arabic language that the Qur'an was revealed in does not necessitate that something be mixed with other things or combined in the same place, rather it refers to something being with something else in a general way. The exact meaning is to be defined by the context...

The truth must be that Allah is with His Creation in a way that means He encompasses them by way of His knowledge, power, hearing, seeing, planning, authority, etc., while He remains above the Throne, above all of His Creation. (Ibn Uthaymeen, Concerning the Beautiful Names and Attributes of Allaah, T.R.O.I.D. Publications, 2003, pp.105-106)

So the truth about where Allah is, is that He is beyond His Creation, and ascended over the Throne.

3. This explanation of Allah's maiyyah is also sufficient to explain verses like 50:16-17 which reads:
50:16 It was We Who created man, and We know what dark suggestions his soul makes to him: for We are nearer to him than (his) jugular vein, when the two (guardian angels) appointed to learn (his doings), learn (and noted them), one sitting on the right and one on the left.

From the previous explanation we would understand that any verse describing Allah's closeness to His Creation, does not describe the closeness of His essence, but rather the encompassing nature of His powers.

Nevertheless, verse 50:16-17 has been interpreted differently by the Scholars of Tafsir, and we shall provide their explanation as well.

In the referred verses, many people do not read 50:17, and they stop at 50:16.

But if one reads the whole phrase, we find it says:

And we are closer to Him than His jugular vein, when the two (guardian angels) appointed to learn (his doings), learn (and noted them).

Hence, what is being referred to here is the closeness of the Angels and not the closeness of Allah. The question is, why has Allah attributed the closeness of the Angels to Himself?

This will be better understood if we examine the following verses:

15:9 We have, without doubt, sent down the Message; and We will assuredly guard it (from corruption).
75:18 But when We have recited it, follow thou its recital

Just as the Angels brought down the message by the leave of Allah and recited it to the Prophet Muhammad pbuh, so are they closer to the human being than the jugular vein, by the leave of Allah. In both cases, the actions of the angels are attributed to Allah because they occur by His command.

This is the understanding of the early Muslim scholars, and can be found in prominent tafisr such as Ibn Kathir.

4. With regards to the following verse,

11:7 He it is Who created the heavens and the earth in six Days - and His Throne was over the waters - that He might try you, which of you is best in conduct...

let us examine so related narrations:

Imran bin Husayn said "....The Messenger of Allah (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) said, 'Allah was before everything and His Throne was over the water. He then wrote in the Preserved Tablet mentioning everything.'... (Ahmad 4:431)

And furthermore,

It is recorded that Abdullah ibn Amr bin Al-As said that the Messenger of Allah (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) said, "Verily Allah measured the amount of sustenance of the creatures fifty thousand years before He created the heavens and the earth, and His Throne was over the water (Muslim 4:2044)

The Messenger of Allah (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) said, Do you see what He has spent since He created the Heavens and the Earth? Yet all that has not decreased what is in His Right Hand. His Throne is over the water and in His other Hand is the bounty or power to bring about death, and He raises some people and brings others down (Bukhari 9:515)

This makes it very clear as to what the verse is referring to, but what the water in the verse denotes, is open to interpretation.

As Adel M. A. Abbas writes in his book, His Throne Was On Water:

The book's title is taken from the verse "His throne was on water," a verse whose splendor and scientific implication invite further reflection. The recent discovery by quantum mechanics researchers that outer space is full of virtual particles and antiparticles that materialize constantly in pairs may shed some light on this verse. This, together with the creation of the universe and the refashioning of the skies into concentric oval or ball-shaped layers, is illustrated on the cover. (Abbas, His Throne was on Water, Amana Publications, 1997, p. ix)

The author of the referred book has gone into great detail explaining his rather fascinating scientific interpretation of verse 11:17, which deals with the structure and creation of the universe. One may consult the book for more information.

5. And finally, concerning 32:5 and 70:4, this has been dealt with in our response to the third alleged contradiction on The Length of God's Days. For the purpose of this response, we would just like to emphasize that the length of the period taken to ascend to God does not necessarily relate to the distance of God, Himself.

To conclude, Allah's power is All-encompassing, but we affirm that he is ascended over His Throne, above the seven heavens. The Most High, Glorified and Exalted is He.

Who Do Muslim Worship ?

The submission of man to his Creator is the essence of Islam. The word "Islam" literally means, "to submit" or "to surrender. "The real question one should ask is: "submit and surrender" to whom? Muslims submit and surrender their will and desires to the will and the laws of the Creator. This is what "Islam" truly means. By referring to, "The Creator", Muslims are talking about "Allah."

Allah is the Creator of all that is in the heavens and the earth. In Islam, Allah is the True and Only Creator, and only he deserves to be worshipped. Nothing else is worthy of worship; not stones, statues, crosses, tombs (of any religion), the sun, the moon, stars, temples, animals, Prophets (from any religion), messengers, saints, priests, movie stars, musicians, athletes, or religious scholars. All of those are created beings, and are not worthy of worship in Islam. In fact, doing that is to associate partners with Allah, and it is the only sin that would never be forgiven on the Day of Judgment.

Allah is the Arabic word for God. This is the way all Arab Jews, Christians and Muslims call God. Allah is the personal name of God, which He gave to Himself in the Qur'an. The Qur'an is the last and final revelation from Allah to mankind, that Allah gave to Prophet Muhammad, sallallahu alayhe wa sallam, through the Angel Gabriel. The name "Allah" is unique. It has no feminine or masculine form (unlike 'god' or 'goddess'). It also has no plural form (unlike 'gods' and goddesses'). The name "Allah" simply means "The One and Only True God."

The name "Allah" was not a name invented by the Arabs. It has been the name of God since the beginning of time. In the Torah, we can easily find the name that God gave Himself, "Elah", or in some cases, "Eloh" (Elohim -[im] being a form of respect in the Hebrew language). It was also used in the Aramaic language, which was the language spoken by our beloved Prophet Jesus, alayhes salam.

The Creator, Allah, has perfect attributes. He is the First; there was none before Him, and He is the Last. Allah is the Ever-living; everything will end in death, except Him. He is the Protecting Friend and to Him is the Final Return, where everything will be dealt with and judged in the Most Perfect and Just way.

Muslims are confident of the Just and Perfect Judgment of Allah, The Creator, because He tells us repeatedly in the Qur'an that He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Gracious, Most Merciful, and perfectly just.

Allah also tells us in the Qur'an, that He does not beget, nor is He begotten. Begetting offspring, eating and sleeping are all characteristics of created things. Compare this, for example, to the Biblical ideas of God resting on the seventh day of creation, and begetting a son.

Muslims believe that Allah does not have the characteristics of people, animals or any created things. Muslims also believe that Allah is All- Powerful and able to do all things, He merely says to it "Be" and it is. Such as the case of the miraculous birth of Prophet Jesus, alayhes salam, and when Allah created the heavens and the earth and all that is in them.

The most important point about Islamic worship is to understand that Muslims worship One God only. This pure and simple message of Islam has remained unchanged since the first man walked on earth. From the Prophet Moses, alayhes salam, calling out to his people, "Hear 'O Israel: The Lord our God is One" [Deuteronomy 6:4 (English-KJV)]; to Prophet Jesus, alayhes salam, teaching and reprimanding his disciples, "Why does thou callest me good? There is none good but one, that is, God" [Matthew 19: 17; Mark 10: 18; Luke 18: 19 (English-KJV)]; to the last messenger of monotheism who came with the final revelation from God proclaiming, "Your God is One God, there is none who has the right to be worshipped but He, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful" [Qur'an 2: 163].

Allah, The One. This is whom over one-billion Muslims across the world pray to five times each day.

The declaration of faith for one who wants to embrace Islam is: "Ashadu Alla Ilaha Illallah wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan rasoolullah", which means when translated to English: "There is nothing worthy of worship but Allah; alone, and Muhammad is His Messenger."

This simple, yet profound belief is what draws thousands of Westerners and people from all walks of life, religions, cultural and ethnic backgrounds to Islam every year and has made the religion of Islam the fastest growing religion on earth today.

we Muslim pray only Allah because
Allah creator/controller of all matters in our universe
39: 46. Say (O Muhammad SAW): "O Allâh! Creator of the heavens and the earth! All-Knower of the Ghaib (unseen) and the seen. You will judge between your slaves about that wherein they used to differ."
42:11. The Creator of the heavens and the earth. He has made for you mates from yourselves, and for the cattle (also) mates. By this means He creates you (in the wombs). There is nothing like unto Him, and He is the All-Hearer, the All-Seer.
35: 15. O mankind! it is you who stand in need of Allâh, but Allâh is Rich (Free of all wants and needs), Worthy of all praise.
16. If He will, He could destroy you and bring about a new creation.
17. And that is not hard for Allâh.

Allah always too nearest to us:
56: 83. Then why do you not (intervene) when (the soul of a dying person) reaches the throat?
84. And you at the moment are looking on,
85. But We (i.e. Our angels who take the soul) are nearer to him than you, but you see not,
57: 4. He it is Who created the heavens and the earth in six Days and then Istawâ (rose over) the Throne (in a manner that suits His Majesty). He knows what goes into the earth and what comes forth from it, what descends from the heaven and what ascends thereto. And He is with you (by His Knowledge) wheresoever you may be. And Allâh is the All-Seer of what you do.
All the matters in universe praise Allah:
57: 1. Whatsoever is in the heavens and the earth glorifies Allâh, and He is the All-Mighty, All-Wise.
2. His is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth, It is He Who gives life and causes death; and He is Able to do all things.
59: 1. Whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is on the earth glorifies Allâh. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.
62: 1. Whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is on the earth glorifies Allâh, the King (of everything), the Holy, the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.
he was the creator Day/night :
28: 71. Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Tell me! If Allâh made night continuous for you till the Day of Resurrection, who is an ilâh (a god) besides Allâh who could bring you light? Will you not then hear?"
72. Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Tell me! If Allâh made day continuous for you till the Day of Resurrection, who is an ilâh (a god) besides Allâh who could bring you night wherein you rest? Will you not then see?"
73. It is out of His Mercy that He has put for you night and day, that you may rest therein (i.e. during the night) and that you may seek of His Bounty (i.e. during the day), and in order that you may be grateful.
he was most merciful
28: 13. So did We restore him to his mother, that she might be delighted, and that she might not grieve, and that she might know that the Promise of Allâh is true. But most of them know not.
30: 6. (It is) a Promise of Allâh (i.e. Allâh will give victory to the Romans against the Persians), and Allâh fails not in His Promise, but most of men know not.
35: 45. And if Allâh were to punish men for that which they earned, He would not leave a moving (living) creature on the surface of the earth, but He gives them respite to an appointed term, and when their term comes, then verily, Allâh is Ever AllSeer of His slaves.
42: 19. Allâh is very Gracious and Kind to His slaves. He gives provisions to whom He wills. And He is the All-Strong, the All-Mighty.
57:9. It is He Who sends down manifest Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) to His slave (Muhammad SAW) that He may bring you out from darkness into light. And verily, Allâh is to you full of kindness, Most Merciful.
Allha only forgive sin
4: 17. Allâh accepts only the repentance of those who do evil in ignorance and foolishness and repent soon afterwards; it is they to whom Allâh will forgive and Allâh is Ever AllKnower, AllWise.
4: 106. And seek the Forgiveness of Allâh, certainly, Allâh is Ever OftForgiving, Most Merciful.
4: 110. And whoever does evil or wrongs himself but afterwards seeks Allâh's Forgiveness, he will find Allâh OftForgiving, Most Merciful.
8: 38. Say to those who have disbelieved, if they cease (from disbelief) their past will be forgiven. But if they return (thereto), then the examples of those (punished) before them have already preceded (as a warning).
Allah will/ deed/law/nature will only going to happened:
18: 23. And never say of anything, "I shall do such and such thing tomorrow."
24. Except (with the saying), "If Allâh will!" And remember your Lord when you forget and say: "It may be that my Lord guides me unto a nearer way of truth than this."
18: 109. Say (O Muhammad SAW to mankind). "If the sea were ink for (writing) the Words of my Lord, surely, the sea would be exhausted before the Words of my Lord would be finished, even if we brought (another sea) like it for its aid."
20: 74. Verily! Whoever comes to his Lord as a Mujrim (criminal, polytheist, disbeliever in the Oneness of Allâh and His Messengers, sinner, etc.), then surely, for him is Hell, therein he will neither die nor live.
Allah only know the Ghaib (unseen)
6: 59. And with Him are the keys of the Ghaib (all that is hidden), none knows them but He. And He knows whatever there is in (or on) the earth and in the sea; not a leaf falls, but he knows it. There is not a grain in the darkness of the earth nor anything fresh or dry, but is written in a Clear Record.
11: 123. And to Allâh belongs the Ghaib (unseen) of the heavens and the earth, and to Him return all affairs (for decision). So worship Him (O Muhammad SAW) and put your trust in Him. And your Lord is not unaware of what you (people) do."
27: 65. Say: "None in the heavens and the earth knows the Ghaib (unseen) except Allâh, nor can they perceive when they shall be resurrected."
34: 48. Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Verily! My Lord sends down Inspiration and makes apparent the truth (i.e. this Revelation that had come to me), the AllKnower of the Ghaib (unseen).

Shirk is greater sin in Islam:
39: 65. And indeed it has been revealed to you (O Muhammad SAW), as it was to those (Allâh's Messengers) before you: "If you join others in worship with Allâh, (then) surely (all) your deeds will be in vain, and you will certainly be among the losers."
50: 26. "Who set up another ilâh (god) with Allâh, then (both of you) cast him in the severe torment."
Except shirk other sin allha may be forgive:
4: 116. Verily! Allâh forgives not (the sin of) setting up partners in worship with Him, but He forgives whom he pleases sins other than that, and whoever sets up partners in worship with Allâh, has indeed strayed far away.
Bukhari :: Book 6 :: Volume 60 :: Hadith 334
Narrated Ibn Abbas:
Some pagans who committed murders in great number and committed illegal sexual intercourse excessively, came to Muhammad and said, "O Muhammad! Whatever you say and invite people to, is good: but we wish if you could inform us whether we can make an expiration for our (past evil) deeds." So the Divine Verses came: 'Those who invoke not with Allah any other god, not kill such life as Allah has forbidden except for just cause, nor commit illegal sexual intercourse.' (25.68) And there was also revealed:-- 'Say: O My slaves who have transgressed against their souls! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah.' (39.53)

so we Pray Allah alone(thouheed)
40: 14. So, call you (O Muhammad SAW and the believers) upon (or invoke) Allâh making (your) worship pure for Him (Alone) (by worshipping none but Him and by doing religious deeds sincerely for Allâh's sake only and not to show-off and not to set up rivals with Him in worship). However much the disbelievers (in the Oneness of Allâh) may hate (it).
43: 64. "Verily, Allâh! He is my Lord (God) and your Lord (God). So worship Him (Alone). This is the (only) Straight Path (i.e. Allâh's religion of true Islâmic Monotheism)."
46: 5. And who is more astray than one who calls (invokes) besides Allâh, such as will not answer him till the Day of Resurrection, and who are (even) unaware of their calls (invocations) to them?
6. And when mankind are gathered (on the Day of Resurrection), they (false deities) will become enemies for them and will deny their worshipping.
47: 19. So know (O Muhammad SAW) that Lâ ilâha ill-Allâh (none has the right to be worshipped but Allâh), and ask forgiveness for your sin, and also for (the sin of) believing men and believing women. And Allâh knows well your moving about, and your place of rest (in your homes).
51: 51. And set not up (or worship) any other ilâhan (god) along with Allâh [Glorified be He (Alone), Exalted above all that they associate as partners with Him]. Verily, I (Muhammad SAW) am a plain warner to you from Him.
51: 56. And I (Allâh) created not the jinns and humans except they should worship Me (Alone).
59: 22. He is Allâh, than Whom there is Lâ ilâha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He) the All-Knower of the unseen and the seen (open). He is the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.

Don't make distinction amongst the Prophets of Allah.

4: 152. And those who believe in Allâh and His Messengers and make no distinction between any of them (Messengers), We shall give them their rewards, and Allâh is Ever Oft¬Forgiving, Most Merciful.

151. They are in truth disbelievers. And We have prepared for the disbelievers a humiliating torment.

152. And those who believe in Allâh and His Messengers and make no distinction between any of them (Messengers), We shall give them their rewards, and Allâh is Ever Oft¬Forgiving, Most Merciful.

Muslim :: Book 30 : Hadith 5857
Abu Sa'id Kudari reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) having, said this: Don't make distinction amongst the Apostles. This hadith has been narrated through another chain of transmitters also.
 Muslim :: Book 30 : Hadith 5853 ,5854

27
About Jew/Christ:
5: 41. O Messenger (Muhammad SAW)! Let not those who hurry to fall into disbelief grieve you, of such who say: "We believe" with their mouths but their hearts have no faith. And of the Jews are men who listen much and eagerly to lies - listen to others who have not come to you. They change the words from their places; they say, "If you are given this, take it, but if you are not given this, then beware!" And whomsoever Allâh wants to put in Al¬Fitnah [error, because of his rejecting the Faith], you can do nothing for him against Allâh. Those are the ones whose hearts Allâh does not want to purify (from disbelief and hypocrisy); for them there is a disgrace in this world, and in the Hereafter a great torment.
9:31. They (Jews and Christians) took their rabbis and their monks to be their lords besides Allâh (by obeying them in things which they made lawful or unlawful according to their own desires without being ordered by Allâh), and (they also took as their Lord) Messiah, son of Maryam (Mary), while they (Jews and Christians) were commanded [in the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)) to worship none but One Ilâh (God - Allâh) Lâ ilâha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He). Praise and glory be to Him, (far above is He) from having the partners they associate (with Him)."
3: 78. And verily, among them is a party who distort the Book with their tongues (as they read), so that you may think it is from the Book, but it is not from the Book, and they say: "This is from Allâh," but it is not from Allâh; and they speak a lie against Allâh while they know it.
5: 64. The Jews say: "Allâh's Hand is tied up (i.e. He does not give and spend of His Bounty)." Be their hands tied up and be they accursed for what they uttered. Nay, both His Hands are widely outstretched. He spends (of His Bounty) as He wills. Verily, the Revelation that has come to you from Allâh increases in most of them their obstinate rebellion and disbelief. We have put enmity and hatred amongst them till the Day of Resurrection. Every time they kindled the fire of war, Allâh extinguished it; and they (ever) strive to make mischief on earth. And Allâh does not like the Mufsidûn (mischief¬makers).
65. And if only the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) had believed (in Muhammad SAW) and warded off evil (sin, ascribing partners to Allâh) and had become Al¬Muttaqûn (the pious - see V.2:2) We would indeed have blotted out their sins and admitted them to Gardens of pleasure (in Paradise).
2: 79. Then woe to those who write the Book with their own hands and then say, "This is from Allâh," to purchase with it a little price! Woe to them for what their hands have written and woe to them for that they earn thereby.
15: 9. Verily We: It is We Who have sent down the Dhikr (i.e. the Qur'ân) and surely, We will guard it (from corruption).
18: 102. Do then those who disbelieve think that they can take My slaves [i.e., the angels, Allâh's Messengers, 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), etc.] as Auliyâ' (lords, gods, protectors, etc.) besides Me? Verily, We have prepared Hell as an entertainment for the disbelievers (in the Oneness of Allâh Islâmic Monotheism).
103. Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Shall We tell you the greatest losers in respect of (their) deeds?
62: 5. The likeness of those who were entrusted with the (obligation of the) Taurât (Torah) (i.e. to obey its commandments and to practice its legal laws), but who subsequently failed in those (obligations), is as the likeness of a donkey who carries huge burdens of books (but understands nothing from them). How bad is the example (or the likeness) of people who deny the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allâh. And Allâh guides not the people who are Zâlimûn (polytheists, wrong-doers, disbelievers, etc.).
6. Say (O Muhammad SAW): "O you Jews! If you pretend that you are friends of Allâh, to the exclusion of (all) other mankind, then long for death if you are truthful."
7. But they will never long for it (death), because of what (deeds) their hands have sent before them! And Allâh knows well the Zâlimûn (polytheists, wrong-doers, disbelievers, etc.).
8. Say (to them): "Verily, the death from which you flee will surely meet you, then you will be sent back to (Allâh), the All-Knower of the unseen and the scene, and He will tell you what you used to do."[Advice]
98: 1. Those who disbelieve from among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) and among Al-Mushrikûn, were not going to leave (their disbelief) until there came to them clear evidence.
2. A Messenger (Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) from Allâh, reciting (the Qur'ân) purified pages [purified from Al-Bâtil (falsehood, etc.)].
3. Containing correct and straight laws from Allâh.
5. And they were commanded not, but that they should worship Allâh, and worship none but Him Alone (abstaining from ascribing partners to Him), and perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât) and give Zakât: and that is the right religion.
6. Verily, those who disbelieve (in the religion of Islâm, the Qur'ân and Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) from among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) and Al-Mushrikûn will abide in the Fire of Hell. They are the worst of creatures.

42: 15. So unto this (religion of Islâm, alone and this Qur'ân) then invite (people) (O Muhammad SAW), and Istaqim [(i.e. stand firm and straight on Islâmic Monotheism by performing all that is ordained by Allâh (good deeds, etc.), and by abstaining from all that is forbidden by Allâh (sins and evil deeds, etc.)], as you are commanded, and follow not their desires but say: "I believe in whatsoever Allâh has sent down of the Book [all the holy Books, this Qur'ân and the Books of the old from the Taurât (Torah), or the Injeel (Gospel) or the Pages of Ibrâhim (Abraham)]

Hadiths are two types valid/invalid,we must agreed/accept all valid hadith ,whether it match with quranic law or not,plz don't measure hadith with our logic,we r human being we can't understand the matters beyond our limit,time & space...there r four types of ppl around us..
1)Hadith reject's :they r not believers.....
2)partially believers:they believe hadith with their logic,for ex) if we says "jin eat animal dung " they r not believe it.......
3)hadith creators:some Orthodox Muslim leaders making illegal story about prophets & Islam & publish it to people,and say its from islamic hadith,they ever give/importance validity of hadith,they r blindly believers.,grave worshipers r belongs to this group .....
4)true believers:they believe all valid hadith & reject invalid hadith........

one advice to hadith rejects's : quran says believers u salath to allha.....how can we do it? quran not says about it,so   how can we do it? Hadith r telling to us ,is it? 75% Islamic activities we did it based on hadith,so don't avoid the valid hadith......

PROPHET MUHAMMAD [SA] BEING TRUSTFUL PROPHET
48: 29. Muhammad (SAW) is the Messenger of Allâh…………..
4: 64. We sent no Messenger, but to be obeyed by Allâh's Leave.
13: 37. And thus have We sent it (the Qur'ân) down to be a judgement of authority in Arabic. Were you (O Muhammad SAW) to follow their (vain) desires after the knowledge which has come to you, then you will not have any Walî (protector) or defender against Allâh.
13: 38. And indeed We sent Messengers before you (O Muhammad SAW), and made for them wives and offspring. And it was not for a Messenger to bring a sign except by Allâh's Leave. (For) each and every matter there is a Decree (from Allâh).

46: 8. Or say they: "He (Muhammad SAW) has fabricated it." Say: "If I have fabricated it, still you have no power to support me against Allâh. He knows best of what you say among yourselves concerning it (i.e. this Qur'ân)! Sufficient is He for a witness between me and you! And He is the Oft-Forgiving, the Most Merciful."
 9. Say (O Muhammad SAW):"I am not a new thing among the Messengers (of Allâh) (i.e. I am not the first Messenger) nor do I know what will be done with me or with you. I only follow that which is revealed to me, and I am but a plain warner."
10. Say: "Tell me! If this (Qur'ân) is from Allâh, and you deny it, and a witness from among the Children of Israel ('Abdullâh bin Salâm )testifies that this Qur'ân is from Allâh [like the Taurât (Torah)], so he believed (embraced Islâm) while you are too proud (to believe)." Verily! Allâh guides not the people who are Zâlimûn (polytheists, disbelievers and wrong-doing).
10: 15. And when Our Clear Verses are recited unto them, those who hope not for their meeting with Us, say: Bring us a Qur'ân other than this, or change it."Say (O Muhammad SAW): "It is not for me to change it on my own accord; I only follow that which is revealed unto me. Verily, I fear if I were to disobey my Lord, the torment of the Great Day (i.e. the Day of Resurrection)."

A Muslim must believing Ghaib (unseen):

2: 3. Who believe in the Ghaib and perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât), and spend out of what we have provided for them [i.e. give Zakât , spend on themselves, their parents, their children, their wives, etc., and also give charity to the poor and also in Allâh's Cause - Jihâd, etc.].
3: 44. This is a part of the news of the Ghaib (unseen, i.e. the news of the past nations of which you have no knowledge) which We inspire you with (O Muhammad SAW). You were not with them, when they cast lots with their pens as to which of them should be charged with the care of Maryam (Mary); nor were you with them when they disputed.

My Lord sends down Inspiration and makes apparent the truth (i.e. this Revelation that had come to me), the All¬Knower of the Ghaib (unseen).
39: 46. Say (O Muhammad SAW): "O Allâh! Creator of the heavens and the earth! All-Knower of the Ghaib (unseen) and the seen. You will judge between your slaves about that wherein they used to differ."
33: 2. He knows that which goes into the earth and that which comes forth from it, and that which descend from the heaven and that which ascends to it. And He is the Most Merciful, the Oft¬Forgiving.
3. Those who disbelieve say: "The Hour will not come to us." Say: "Yes, by my Lord, it will come to you." (Allâh, He is) the All¬Knower of the unseen, not even the weight of an atom (or a small ant) or less than that or greater, escapes from His Knowledge in the heavens or in the earth, but it is in a Clear Book (Al¬Lauh Al-Mahfûz).

Follow the prophet way:

9: 63. Know they not that whoever opposes and shows hostility to Allâh (ÚÒ æ Ìá) and His Messenger (SAW), certainly for him will be the Fire of Hell to abide therein. That is extreme disgrace.
24: ……..And let those who oppose the Messenger's (Muhammad SAW) commandment (i.e. his Sunnah legal ways, orders, acts of worship, statements, etc.) (among the sects) beware, lest some Fitnah (disbelief, trials, afflictions, earthquakes, killing, overpowered by a tyrant, etc.) befall them or a painful torment be inflicted on them.
33: 71.  He will direct you to do righteous good deeds and will forgive you your sins. And whosoever obeys Allâh and His Messenger (SAW) he has indeed achieved a great achievement (i.e. he will be saved from the Hell-fire and made to enter Paradise).
49: 7. And know that, among you there is the Messenger of Allâh (SAW). If he were to obey you (i.e. follow your opinions and desires) in much of the matter, you would surely be in trouble, but Allâh has endeared the Faith to you and has beautified it in your hearts, and has made disbelief, wickedness and disobedience (to Allâh and His Messenger SAW) hateful to you. These! They are the rightly guided ones,
61:11.  That you believe in Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad SAW), and that you strive hard and fight in the Cause of Allâh with your wealth and your lives, that will be better for you, if you but know!
72: 23. "(Mine is) but conveyance (of the truth) from Allâh and His Messages (of Islâmic Monotheism), and whosoever disobeys Allâh and His Messenger, then verily, for him is the Fire of Hell, he shall dwell therein forever ."
108: 1. Verily, We have granted you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) Al-Kauthar (a river in Paradise);
3. For he who makes you angry (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)), - he will be cut off (from every good thing in this world and in the Hereafter).
Muslim :: Book 17 : Hadith 4238
Ubida b. as-Samit repnrted: I was one of those headmen who swore allegiance to Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) that we will not associate anything with Allah, and will not commit adultery, and will not steal, and will not kill any soul which Allah has forbidden, but with justice nor plunder, nor disobey (Allah and His Apostle), then Paradise (will be the reward) in case we do these (acts) ; and if we commit any outrage(bad, violence) (and that goes unpunished in the world), it is Allah Who would decide about it. Ibn Rumh said: Its judgment lies with Allah.

Sunnah or Hadith

 Islam, the Arabic word Sunnah has come to denote the way Prophet Muhammad (S), the Messenger of Allah, lived his life. The Sunnah is the second source of Islamic jurisprudence, the first being the Qur’an. Both sources are indispensable; one cannot practice Islam without consulting both of them. The Arabic word hadith (pl. ahadith) is very similar to Sunnah, but not identical. A hadith is a narration about the life of the Prophet (S) or what he approved - as opposed to his life itself, which is the Sunnah as already mentioned.
In M. M. Azami's Studies in Hadith Methodology and Literature, the following precise definition of a hadith is given,

According to Muhaddithiin [scholars of hadith -ed.] it stands for 'what was transmitted on the authority of the Prophet, his deeds, sayings, tacit approval, or description of his sifaat (features) meaning his physical appearance. However, physical appearance of the Prophet is not included in the definition used by the jurists.'

Thus hadith literature means the literature, which consists of the narrations of the life of the Prophet and the things approved by him. However, the term was used sometimes in much broader sense to cover the narrations about the Companions [of the Prophet -ed.] and Successors [to the Companions -ed.] as well.

The explosion of Islam in the 7th and 8th centuries confronted Islamic scholars with a daunting task: to preserve the knowledge of the Sunnah of the Prophet (S). Hence the science of hadith evaluation was born.

The promise of Allah

The promise made by Allah (SWT) in Qur'an 15:9 is obviously fulfilled in the undisputed purity of the Qur'anic text throughout the fourteen centuries since its revelation. However, what is often forgotten by many Muslims is that the divine promise also includes, by necessity, the Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH), because the Sunnah is the practical example of the implementation of the Qur'anic guidance, the wisdom taught to the Prophet (PBUH) along with the scripture, and neither the Qur'an nor the Sunnah can be understood correctly without the other.

Allah (SWT) preserved the Sunnah by enabling the companions and those after them to memorize, write down and pass on the statements of the Prophet (PBUH), and the descriptions of his way, as well as to continue the blessings of practicing the Sunnah.

Later, as the purity of the knowledge of the Sunnah became threatened, Allah (SWT) caused the Muslim Ummah to produce individuals with exceptional memory skills and analytical expertise, who travelled tirelessly to collect thousands of narrations and distinguish the true words of prophetic wisdom from those corrupted by weak memories, from forgeries by unscrupulous liars, and from the statements of the large number of Ulama (scholars), the companions and those who followed their way. All of this was achieved through precise attention to the words narrated, and detailed familiarity with the biographies of the thousands of reporters of hadith.

The methodology of the expert scholars of hadith in assessing the narrations and sorting out the genuine from the mistaken and fabricated, for ms the subject matter of the science of hadith. In this article a brief discussion is given of the terminology and classifications of hadith.

Components of Hadith
A hadith is composed of three parts (see the figure [below]):

Matn (text), isnad (chain of reporters), and taraf (the part, or the beginning sentence, of the text which refers to the sayings, actions or characteristics of the Prophet (PBUH), or his concurrence with others action). The authenticity of the hadith depends on the reliability of its reporters, and the linkage among them.

Classifications of Hadith

A number of classifications of hadith have been made. Five of these classifications are shown in the figure [below], and are briefly described subsequently.

1)According to the reference to a particular authority

Four types of hadith can be identified.
Qudsi - Divine; a revelation from Allah (SWT); relayed with the words of the Prophet (PBUH).
Marfu - elevated; a narration from the Prophet (PBUH), e.g. I heard the Prophet (PBUH) saying ...
Mauquf- stopped: a narration from a companion only, e.g., we were commanded to ...
Maqtu' - severed: a narration from a successor

It invites his attention to the history of those who purchased the punishment of Hell in exchange for the comforts of this world. It tells him of those who were granted the entry into Paradise for having led a life of purity.

Briefly put, the Qur'an prepares man for attaining salvation both in this world and the next through obedience to the Divine commandments.

2)According to the links of Isnad - interrupted or uninterrupted

Six categories can be identified.
Musnad - supported: a hadith which is reported by a traditionalist, based on what he learned from his teacher at a time of life suitable for learning; similarly - in turn - for each teacher until the isnad reaches a well known companion, who in turn, reports from the Prophet (PBUH).
Mutassil - continuous: a hadith with an uninterrupted isnad which goes back only to a companion or successor.
Mursal - hurried: if the link between the successor and the Prophet (PBUH) is missing, e.g. when a successor says "The Prophet said...".
Munqati - broken: is a hadith whose link anywhere before the successor (i.e., closer to the traditionalist recording the hadith) is missing.
Mu'adal - perplexing: is a hadith whose reporter omits two or more consecutive reporters in the isnad.
Mu'allaq - hanging: is a hadith whose reporter omits the whole isnad and quotes the Prophet (PBUH) directly (i.e., the link is missing at the beginning).

3)According to the number of reporters involved in each stage of Isnad

Five categories of hadith can be identified:
Mutawatir - Consecutive: is a hadith which is reported by such a large number of people that they cannot be expected to agree upon a lie, all of them together.
Ahad - isolated: is a hadith which is narrated by people whose number does not reach that of the mutawatir.
It is further classified into:
Mash'hur - famous: hadith reported by more than two reporters.
Aziz - rare, strong: at any stage in the isnad, only two reporters are found to narrate the hadith.
Gharib - strange: At some stage of the Isnad, only one reporter is found relating it.

4)According to the nature of the text and isnad

Munkar - denounced: is a hadith which is reported by a weak narrator, and whose narration goes against another authentic hadith.
Mudraj - interpolated: an addition by a reporter to the text of the hadith being narrated.

5)According to the reliability and memory of the reporters

This provides the final verdict on a hadith - four categories can be identified:
Sahih - sound. Imam Al-shafi'i states the following requiremetts for a hadith, which is not mutawatir, to be acceptable "each reporter should be trustworthy in his religion; he should be known to be truthtul in his narrating, to understand what he narrates, to know how a different expression can alter the meaning, and to report the wording of the hadith verbatim, not only its meaning".
Hasan - good: is the one where its source is known and its reporters are unambiguous.
Da'if - weak: a hadith which fails to reach the status of hasan. Usually, the weakness is: a) one of discontinuity in the isnad, in which case the hadith could be - according to the nature of the discontinuity - munqati (broken), mu'allaq (hanging), mu'dal (perplexing), or mursal (hurried), or b) one of the reporters having a disparaged character, such as due to his telling lies, excessive mistakes, opposition to the narration of more reliable sources, involvement in innovation, or ambiguity surrounding his person.
Maudu' - fabricated or forged: is a hadith whose text goes against the established norms of the Prophet's sayings, or its reporters include a liar. Fabricated hadith are also recognized by external evidence related to a discrepancy found in the dates or times of a particular incident.

Pray Allah for protection of jinn:

Dawud :: Book 1 : Hadith 6
Narrated Zayd ibn Arqam:
The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) said: These privies are frequented by the jinns and devils. So when anyone amongst you goes there, he should say: "I seek refuge in Allah from male and female devils."
Dawud :: Book 14 : Hadith 2597
Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr:
When the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) was travelling and night came on, he said: O earth, my Lord and your Lord is Allah; I seek refuge in Allah from your evil, the evil of what you contain, the evil of what has been created in you, and the evil of what creeps upon you; I seek refuge in Allah from lions, from large black snakes, from other snakes, from scorpions, from the evil of jinn which inhabit a settlement, and from a parent and his offspring.
Bukhari :: Book 4 :: Volume 54 :: Hadith 533
Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah:
The Prophet said, "Cover your utensils and tie your water skins, and close your doors and keep your children close to you at night, as the Jinns spread out at such time and snatch things away. When you go to bed, put out your lights, for the mischief-doer (i.e. the rat) may drag away the wick of the candle and burn the dwellers of the house." Ata said, "The devils." (instead of the Jinns).

A jin lived together with every person:
Muslim :: Book 39 : Hadith 6757
Abdullah b. Mas'ud reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: There is none amongst you with whom is not an attache from amongst the jinn (devil). They (the Companions) said: Allah's Messenger, with you too? Thereupon he said: Yes, but Allah helps me against him and so I am safe from his hand and he does not command me but for good.

Allha protect prophet from jin/human:

17: 74. And had We not made you stand firm, you would nearly have inclined to them a little.
75. In that case, We would have made you taste a double portion (of punishment) in this life and a double portion (of punishment) after death. And then you would have found none to help you against Us.
17: 86. And if We willed We could surely take away that which We have revealed to you by inspiration (i.e. this Qur'ân). Then you would find no protector for you against Us in that respect.
87. Except as a Mercy from your Lord. Verily! His Grace unto you (O Muhammad SAW) is ever great
87: 8. And We shall make easy for you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) the easy way (i.e. the doing of righteous deeds).
93: 3. Your Lord (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) has neither forsaken you nor hated you.
6. Did He not find you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) an orphan and gave you a refuge?
7. And He found you unaware (of the Qur'ân, its legal laws, and Prophethood, etc.) and guided you?
8. And He found you poor, and made you rich (selfsufficient with selfcontentment, etc.)?
94: 1. Have We not opened your breast for you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him))?
2. And removed from you your burden,
3. Which weighed down your back?
4. And raised high your fame?
5. So verily, with the hardship, there is relief,
6. Verily, with the hardship, there is relief (i.e. there is one hardship with two reliefs, so one hardship cannot overcome two reliefs).
108: 1. Verily, We have granted you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) Al-Kauthar (a river in Paradise);
3. For he who makes you angry (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)), - he will be cut off (from every good thing in this world and in the Hereafter).
Bukhari :: Book 4 :: Volume 55 :: Hadith 634
Bukhari :: Book 4 :: Volume 55 :: Hadith 634
Narrated Abu Huraira:

The Prophet said, "A strong demon from the Jinns came to me yesterday suddenly, so as to spoil my prayer, but Allah enabled me to overpower him, and so I caught him and intended to tie him to one of the pillars of the Mosque so that all of you might see him, but I remembered the invocation of my brother Solomon: 'And grant me a kingdom such as shall not belong to any other after me.' (38.35) so I let him go cursed."
Jin never saw Ghaib (unseen)
34: 14. Then when We decreed death for him [Sulaimân (Solomon)], nothing informed them (jinns) of his death except a little worm of the earth, which kept (slowly) gnawing away at his stick, so when he fell down, the jinns saw clearly that if they had known the unseen, they would not have stayed in the humiliating torment.
My Lord sends down Inspiration and makes apparent the truth (i.e. this Revelation that had come to me), the All¬Knower of the Ghaib (unseen).
34: 48. Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Verily! My Lord sends down Inspiration and makes apparent the truth (i.e. this Revelation that had come to me), the All¬Knower of the Ghaib (unseen).

20: 110. He (Allâh) knows what happens to them (His creatures) in this world, and what will happen to them (in the Hereafter), and they will never compass anything of His Knowledge.
111. And (all) faces shall be humbled before (Allâh), the Ever Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists. And he who carried (a burden of) wrongdoing (i.e. he who disbelieved in Allâh, ascribed partners to Him, and did deeds of His disobedience), became indeed a complete failure (on that Day).
21: 47. And We shall set up balances of justice on the Day of Resurrection, then none will be dealt with unjustly in anything. And if there be the weight of a mustard seed, We will bring it. And Sufficient are We as Reckoners.
36: 54. This Day (Day of Resurrection), none will be wronged in anything, nor will you be requited anything except that which you used to do.
40: 17. This Day shall every person be recompensed for what he earned. No injustice (shall be done to anybody). Truly, Allâh is Swift in reckoning.
22: 6. That is because Allâh, He is the Truth, and it is He Who gives life to the dead, and it is He Who is Able to do all things.
22: 57. And those who disbelieved and belied Our Verses (of this Qur'ân), for them will be a humiliating torment (in Hell).
23: 78. It is He, Who has created for you (the sense of) hearing (ears), sight (eyes), and hearts (understanding). Little thanks you give.
79. And it is He Who has created you on the earth, and to Him you shall be gathered back.
80. And it is He Who gives life and causes death, and His is the alternation of night and day. Will you not then understand?
23: 115. "Did you think that We had created you in play (without any purpose), and that you would not be brought back to Us?"
26: 221. Shall I inform you (O people!) upon whom the Shayâtin (devils) descend?
222. They descend on every lying (one who tells lies), sinful person.
223. Who gives ear (to the devils and they pour what they may have heard of the unseen from the angels), and most of them are liars.
224. As for the poets, the erring follow them,
225. See you not that they speak about every subject (praising others right or wrong) in their poetry?
226. And that they say what they do not do.
227………….And those who do wrong will come to know by what overturning they will be overturned.
30: 58. And indeed We have set forth for mankind, in this Qur'ân every kind of parable. But if you (O Muhammad SAW) bring to them any sign or proof, (as an evidence for the truth of your Prophet hood), the disbelievers are sure to say (to the believers): "You follow nothing but falsehood, and magic."
59.  Thus does Allâh seal up the hearts of those who know not [the proofs and evidence of the Oneness of Allâh i.e. those who try not to understand true facts that which you (Muhammad SAW) have brought to them].
60. So be patient (O Muhammad SAW). Verily, the Promise of Allâh is true, and let not those who have no certainty of faith, discourage you from conveying Allâh's Message (which you are obliged to convey).
31: 6. And of mankind is he who purchases idle talks (i.e.music, singing, etc.) to mislead (men) from the Path of Allâh without knowledge, and takes it (the Path of Allâh, the Verses of the Qur'ân) by way of mockery. For such there will be a humiliating torment (in the Hell-fire).
7. And when Our Verses (of the Qur'ân) are recited to such a one, he turns away in pride, as if he heard them not, as if there were deafness in his ear. So announce to him a painful torment.
33: 17. Say: "Who is he who can protect you from Allâh if He intends to harm you, or intends mercy on you?" And they will not find, besides Allâh, for themselves any Walî (protector, supporter, etc.) or any helper.
35: 2. Whatever of mercy (i.e.of good), Allâh may grant to mankind, none can withhold it, and whatever He may withhold, none can grant it thereafter. And He is the All¬Mighty, the All¬Wise.
36: 68. And he whom We grant long life, We reverse him in creation (weakness after strength). Will they not then understand?
39: 38. And verily, if you ask them: "Who created the heavens and the earth?" Surely, they will say: "Allâh (has created them)." Say: "Tell me then, the things that you invoke besides Allâh, if Allâh intended some harm for me, could they remove His harm, or if He (Allâh) intended some mercy for me, could they withhold His Mercy?" Say : "Sufficient for me is Allâh; in Him those who trust (i.e. believers) must put their trust."
42: 27. And if Allâh were to enlarge the provision for His slaves, they would surely rebel in the earth, but He sends down by measure as He wills. Verily! He is in respect of His slaves, the Well-Aware, the All-Seer (of things that benefit them).
43: 79. Or have they plotted some plan? Then We too are planning.
45: 5. And in the alternation of night and day, and the provision (rain) that Allâh sends down from the sky, and revives therewith the earth after its death, and in the turning about of the winds (i.e. sometimes towards the east or north, and sometimes towards the south or west etc., sometimes bringing glad tidings of rain etc., and sometimes bringing the torment), are signs for a people who understand.
6. These are the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, revelations, etc.) of Allâh, which We recite to you (O Muhammad SAW) with truth. Then in which speech after Allâh and His Ayât will they believe?
54: 49 Verily, We have created all things with Qadar (Divine Preordainments of all things before their creation, as written in the Book of Decrees Al-Lauh Al-Mahfûz).
50. And Our Commandment is but one, as the twinkling of an eye.
57: 22. No calamity befalls on the earth or in yourselves but is inscribed in the Book of Decrees (Al-Lauh Al-Mahfûz), before We bring it into existence. Verily, that is easy for Allâh.
63: 11. And Allâh grants respite to none when his appointed time (death) comes. And Allâh is All-Aware of what you do.
64: 11. No calamity befalls, but with the Leave [i.e. decision and Qadar (Divine Preordainments)] of Allâh………
68: 17. Verily, We have tried them as We tried the people of the garden, when they swore to pluck the fruits of the (garden) in the morning,…………
19. Then there passed by on the (garden) something (fire) from your Lord at night and burnt it while they were asleep……….22. Saying: "Go to your tilth in the morning, if you would pluck the fruits."…………………. 26. But when they saw the (garden), they said: "Verily, we have gone astray,"………. 28. The best among them said: "Did I not tell you: why do you not say: Inshâ' Allâh (If Allâh will)." 29. They said: "Glory to Our Lord! Verily, we have been Zâlimûn (wrong-doers, etc.)."………. 32. We hope that our Lord will give us in exchange a better (garden) than this. Truly, we turn to our Lord (wishing for good that He may forgive our sins, and reward us in the Hereafter)."
73: 18. Whereon the heaven will be cleft asunder? His Promise is certainly to be accomplished.
76: 30. But you cannot will, unless Allâh wills. Verily, Allâh is Ever All-Knowing, All-Wise
31. He will admit to His Mercy whom He will and as for the Zâlimûn, (polytheists, wrong-doers, etc.) He has prepared a painful torment.
85: 16. He does what He intends (or wills).
Muslim :: Book 1 : Hadith 213
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) observed: Be prompt in doing good deeds (before you are overtaken) by turbulence which would be like a part of the dark night. During (that stormy period) a man would be a Muslim in the morning and an unbeliever in the evening or he would be a believer in the evening and an unbeliever in the morning, and would sell his faith for worldly goods.
