Assalamu Alaikum brother Osama and everyone else,

 I have found more scientific and reliable sources that prove that the human body has 360 joints! But before that, I would like everyone to read this article:

Many of the domains in the links in the website above are expired but thankfully he took pictures of the texts in the expired websites. Go to the end to see them. It is also intereating to note that many websites also claid that the number of joints is from 200 to 400.

 Auto correct ruined the title  :'( Why is there no editing option? Also, a user in Quora stated that the Gray's Anatomy book (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gray%27s_Anatomy) says that there are between 300 to 400 joints in the body.
