Bible says motherhood is a curse of God and women has to give birth to children in pain.
Ok, 1. God is JUST and his punishment is EQUAL for all for doing SAME INHERITED SIN.
2. So the Curse applies for all women.
BUT! There are women who can't give birth! And nowadays because of pregnancy care, mother feels way less pain than in past. Also nowdays one can become a mother without any pain at all!
Only problem with this is Quran says:
"And We have enjoined upon man, to his parents, good treatment. His mother carried him with hardship and gave birth to him with hardship, and his gestation and weaning [period] is thirty months. [He grows] until, when he reaches maturity and reaches [the age of] forty years, he says, "My Lord, enable me to be grateful for Your favor which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents and to work righteousness of which You will approve and make righteous for me my offspring. Indeed, I have repented to You, and indeed, I am of the Muslims." [Noble Quran 46:15]
Nowadays it is possible to become mother without pain

A baby's head is large and for the masses it should be painful. But they are in some situation, a mother deliver a child rather swiftly quick. Thus some say it unpainful.
As for the verse, it is obviously a statement made for the masses. Because if giving birth is easy, there is no need for cesaeran to be invented.

Nowadays it is not much painful. And this verse is talking about mother of all Men!
