Assalamu alaikum Brother!

I am inclined to believe that the Quran does indeed have a numeric system inside it!
But this relies on the number of verses and each verse having a certain number of words, no?
Then what do you make of their claim that the only reason the Quran has for example 6326 verses is because it became the most popular one?

Assalamu alaikum!

I have been reading up on some of the Quranic mathematical miracle.
Now while online, i found this contention that the numbering of verses in the Quran was not something establiahed during the time of the prophet Muhammad (pbuh), and it came later with disputes which made some say the numbers of verses were 6200 instead of 6326 (pretty aure this is it haha) and so the supposwd miracle of the number of chapter and verses being divisblw by 19 and sucj is invalid.
(i believe wikiislam is the originator of this, although i found the exact same thing on a blog post).
Now i may present the argument wrong or poorly
I can link the article or paste it if the need arises or someone asks, but for now could someone take a look haha.

Assalamu alaikum.
I have a question on inheritance in the Quran (this might have been dealth with but just give me a link to the answer than)
Lets say i have: 2 alive parents, 3 daugthers, and a wife. now surah 4:11 and 4:12 say that my wife is to get 1/8, daugthers get 2/3 to share, and my dad and mom get 1/6 each
1/8=3/24
2/3=16/24
1/6=4/24
1/6=4/24

and all that equals in all 27/24... Is that a mathemathical error? I found this on facebook (someone had written this and im just wondering  :o) Any help would be appreciated.

Hmm, my question is rather; who decides the criteria? The quran is rather vauge is it not when it says "something like it"? This is just something i saw on ummah forum and could someone answer just the question? I have an answer myself but i wanna see what you have to say.

After reading through your article i see that you say people have already made literrature equal to the Quran, and that the only difference is that it does not convert someone.
My understanding is that nobody can produce ANYTHING like the Quran?
