Agat is the root word. Did it mean Divine or Supreme or Almighty in Greek 2,000 years ago?
Why reject it on himself?Why was Jesus offended by it? Why did he refuse to call himself Agat or Agathon? Now of course, Greek is not even the language Jesus spoke. But even in this Greek, why is it forbidden for Jesus to be Agat?

The Ancient Greek word
Ἀγαθόν [Agathón=good, benevolent, kind] refers to an aggregate of concepts encompassing all moral, intellectual and spiritual virtues of man. It must be thought of as an absolute state, with an existence which is independent and unaffected by time, space or any other change.
Only The Supreme Deity, The Unified Being, The Monad, can be characterized by the term
Ἀγαθός......
Plato, in his Republic, gives us a definition of the term Ἀγαθόν:
[508e] «This reality, then, that gives their truth to the objects of knowledge and the power of knowing to the knower, you must say is the idea of
Ἀγαθόν, and you must conceive it as
being the cause of knowledge*, and the cause of truth in so far as they become known.
Yet, fair as they both are (knowledge and truth), you will think rightly in supposing
Ἀγαθόν to be something different and fairer still than these.
But as for knowledge and truth, even as in our illustration [509a] it is right to deem light and vision as being sun like, but never to think that they are the sun, so here, it is right to consider these two (knowledge and truth) as being like Ἀγαθόν but to think that either of them is
Ἀγαθόν, is not right.»

Contrary to those who see the phrase as a reference to the Trinity, Vermigli believes that
τἀγαθόν refers to the “good itself” or the common good, which is the common form of the many naturally desired goods. A horse seeks after its own good, a dog its own good, and a human aims at its own good, but all things
seek the good in general. If all things aimed at God or the supreme good there would be no natural end or reason for which each species was created, as if nature does not aim at its own preservation and perfection. Vermigli recounts the interpretation of Leonardo Aretino (a.k.a Bruni; d. 1444) and George of Trabizond (d. 1486), who were led by the Greek article preceding the noun to interpret the phrase as a reference to the Trinity. Instead, Vermigli follows the exegesis of Johannes Cardinal Bessarion (d. 1472). “Bessarion, Nicene cardinal and the most learned man among the Greeks of the modern era, refuted this opinion, saying that Trapezuntius [Trabizond] should have been aware that in Greek when an article precedes a word it has a triple function.” (ibid, 22, 23) Vermigli then adopts as his own the translation of the humanist Johannes Argyropoulos (d. 1487) who rendered
τἀγαθόν as “the good itself.” (ibid)
Trinity is a lie and blasphemy!
