This is the hadith
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: “Ma`iz bin Malik came to the Prophet (SAW) and said: 'I have committed fornication,' and he (the Prophet (SAW)) turned away from him. He said: 'I have committed fornication,' and he turned away from him. Then, he said: I have committed fornication, and he turned away from him, until when he had confessed four times, he ordered that he should be stoned. When he was being struck with the stones, he ran away, but a man caught up with him who had a camel's jawbone in his hand; hestruck him and he fell down. The Prophet (SAW) was told about how he fled when the stones hit him and hesaid: 'Why did you not let him be?'” (Sahih)

This think is a comic website, it tells horrendous lies about the prophet through cartoons and comics, it is deadly because it gives a person visual effects, and we all love comics (I still read pokemon), so people will find it entertaining, in addition, kids will feel attracted to this book and website.

It was created by MUSLIMS and shows MUSLIMS are violent, intolerant, etc.

these people make me sick, they actually claim to be Muslims, the are conservative, salafi, not even ultra-conservative (Islamqa), they are extremists, they need to be stopped, in my view, these are the people who have problems, these people are loons (a toast to loonwatch). Its these people who are ruining the images of Islam, I swear EVERY single Anti Islamic argument is probably taken out of this MUSLIM website. Ali Sina and wikiislam and not even close to this because they acknowledge they are anti Islam, these people are proislam doing word twists false translations, etc.

thoughts on how we specifically do something about these websites and books
These people have fought many battle against the haters, they deserve our praise, they have refuted (ALOMOST) every argument put forth.

2nd we should do more to stop this sites (especially http://islamfundamentals.com) make petition for scholars and others to male proclamation (fatwas and such) to denounce these hating websites and praise the others. prosylizing is important, but it begins wby showing the true, peacful message of islam.

I always thought that this particular hadith was a sign to show that women and men in islam are equals, yet, according to sunnah.com, it is considered weak. here is the hadith.

And (he was asked) about a man who had a wet dream but does not find any wetness, so he said: 'No Ghusl is required of him.' Umm Salimsaid: 'O Messenger of Al1ah! Is the woman required to perfonn Ghusl if she sees that?' He replied: 'Yes. Indeed women are he partners of men.'" (Da'if)

Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin:
The Prophet () was asked about a person who found moisture (on his body or clothes) but did not remember the sexual dream. He replied: He should take a bath. He was asked about a person who remembered that he had a sexual dream but did not find moisture. He replied: Bath is not necessary for him. Umm Salamah then asked: Is washing necessary for a woman if she sees that (in her dream)? He replied: Yes. Woman are counterpart of men.

حسن إلا قول أم سليم المرأة ترى الخ (الألباني)   حكم:

As you can see (In arabic) Albani clasifies this as hasan (Good) EXCEPT THE PART ABOUT THE WOMEN, istheir other evidence of the equality of women, or is their another AUTHENTIC reference, and if you find one , can you post the link as well

in bukhari Vol. 1, Book 6, Hadith 301
Narrated Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri:
Once Allah's Messenger () went out to the Musalla (to offer the prayer) o `Id-al-Adha or Al-Fitr prayer. Then he passed by the women and said, "O women! Give alms, as I have seen that the majority of the dwellers of Hell-fire were you (women)." They asked, "Why is it so, O Allah's Messenger () ?" He replied, "You curse frequently and are ungrateful to your husbands. I have not seen anyone more deficient in intelligence and religion than you. A cautious sensible man could be led astray by some of you." The women asked, "O Allah's Messenger () ! What is deficient in our intelligence and religion?" He said, "Is not the evidence of two women equal to the witness of one man?" They replied in the affirmative. He said, "This is the deficiency in her intelligence. Isn't it true that a woman can neither pray nor fast during her menses?" The women replied in the affirmative. He said, "This is the deficiency in her religion."

نُقْص and its contemperaries (نَاقِصَاتِ and نُقْصَانِ) are actually more accurately translated into reduction not deficiency. In fact will call minus in arabic نَاقِصَ. YOu shouldinclude this in your article

maybe ac could have a section dedicated to refuting extremist or fundemental claims, eg. it is forbidden to watch TV, listen to music, not be friends with non muslims, kill non believers, all hadith are correct, take the literal meaning etc. I know you have articles but do u have a section.

Umm Salama, the wife of Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him), used to say that all wives of Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) disclaimed the idea that one with this type of fosterage (having been suckled after the proper period) should come to them. and said to 'A'isha:
By Allah, we do not find this but a sort of concession given by Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) only for Salim, and no one was ging to be allowed to enter (our houses) with this type of fosterage and we do not subscribe to this view.

Maybe you could recruit someone who speaks ANY language (even Khmer) and have him/her translate, their are a lot of devoted Muslims who speak many languages, and want to make some good deeds, (isn't one of your team from the Netherlands?). You can start small, translate one article or two and slowly build up, you don't need big organisations, you only need a few devout native (or advanced) speakers who want to help.
