Why did prophet Muhammad kissed the black stone??????
« on: November 08, 2015, 09:29:24 PM »
Ok I agree he kissed it once that's fine but why he did not destroyed it later like he destroyed other idols??? Why is it still there?? Why Muslims FIGHT to kiss it on hajj?? Nowhere Quran mention it, it mention prophet Abraham ⓟⓑⓤⓗ Building Kaaba but it do not mention that stone! Quran mention what to do on hajj but it do not mention that stone. Some haddiths say that that stone on judgment day will be witness for those who kissed it, but Quran never say such thing! Quran say that stones are the work of Satan (5;90).

O ye who believe! Strong drink and games of chance and idols (Ansab) and divining arrows are only an infamy of Satan's handiwork. Leave it aside in order that ye may succeed.

The word Ansab means to erect (stone or idol).

So how can prophet Muhammad contradict Quran?? That stone should be removed from there, it doesn't matter what it is, it is just a stone.

As'salamu Alaikum dear brother,

Neither the black stone nor the Kaaba itself are holy.  The black stone is no more than a mark to where to begin the circumambulation (tawaaf) and where to end it.  We do tawaaf 7 times around the Kaaba.  This is by the way also supported in the Bible.  For more details, visit:

The reason is due to the black stone was not worshipped hence why it was not destroyed. Not to mention the black stone does not have sculptured form that resemble something of a deity.
Idols by the way are erected sculptures resembling Gods.

Quote
The Prophet (ﷺ) entered Mecca. There were three hundred and sixty idols around the Ka'ba. He began to thrust them with the stick that was in his hand saying:" Truth has come and falsehood has vanished. Lo! falsehood was destined to vanish" (xvii. 8). Truth has arrived, and falsehood can neither create anything from the beginning nor can It restore to life

One of the logical reason why black stone was not worthy to be worshipped as an idol was due to its physical appearance looking weak and not perfect. And not being able to stand by itself among the other idols around Ka'ba.

But why did prophet Muhammad (PBUH) kissed it??

Quote
"A man asked Ibn Umar about touching the Black Stone and he said: 'I saw the Messenger of Allah touching it and kissing it.' The man said: 'What if it is too crowded and I am overwhelmed?' Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, said: 'Leave your "what if" in Yemen! I saw the Messenger of Allah touching it and kissing it.'"

So if we were to ask why the prophet do it, the companions might have reply something similar "Leave your why the prophet do it."

But if it also not harmful to guess why the prophet do it,
Quote
The Messenger of Allah said: "The Black Stone descended from the Paradise, and it was more white than milk, then it was blackened by the sins of the children of Adam."

Since the stone is of paradise material, so that might be the reason to kiss it.

As'salamu Alaikum dear brothers,

Whether the stone was indeed from Paradise or just from mere space, NASA has confirmed that the black stone was indeed from outer space.  Please see the link that I gave above.  I have posted the NASA articles that prove this.  One reason for Allah Almighty sending it to earth was to give the precise location to Abraham and his son Ishmael, peace be upon them, to build the Kaaba.  The House of GOD Almighty in Arabia (Mecca) is even mentioned in the Bible.  Visit:
