Assalamu alaikum
An atheist claims that the human body has a defect and this is the possibility of food entering the eindpipe or the wrong pipe as they say and then being able to choke to death. He claims if god exists such flaws sould not exost.
How do we respond

This isn't a flaw,eating slowly completely makes chances of this 0 in fact let me counter argue this
"The human body internally perfectly sends signals,etc,etc with no issues normally,
If God doesn't exist,explain this"
