The Sharia law under the lens of the western civilization

I guess the title says it all. We know the points:
- Stoning is barbaric as well as cutting off hands as a punishment.
- Why is that the bible is not allowed to be shared in islamic countries and doing so is punishable.
- Islam is stuck in the past and lacks human rights and freedom of western countries.
I am not saying they are right, but I think those points are fair enough to be discussed.
What is your point on this?

Says who? Why should death be by non-lethal injection? If the criminal's victims suffered greatly from his crime, why should he get an easy passing? Also, tough punishment will scare away the sissy criminals. 95% of America's thugs and gangs that have now destroyed most of its major cities would not be if they feared punishments such as:
1- Cutting the opposite arms and legs (ex: the left arm and right leg chopped off).
2- Getting stoned to death by smashing the skull with boulders.
3- Getting the neck chopped off by the sword.
4- An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth punishment, and any and all harm for harm.
These are Islamic punishments to severe cases. Much of these sissies would not be. But now, they're in the 100s of thousands and their infestation is out of control. Islam fumigates the criminal infestations. Islam is indeed a mercy to mankind. Only if the ignorant ones understand.

This is not entirely true. Islam allows for those who live under the Islamic state to be dealt with by their scriptures. This is up to the Islamic government and court.

Thank you for the answers.
However, what is if following scenario happens:
- Someone is accused of adultery and there are four people who have seen it, but those four people actually lie and haven't seen it and just claim it so the person who is accused of the crime will recieve punishment. I know that you will recieve punishment if you get caught lying, but how can you be completely sure about someone lying? What are ways of finding out that someone is lying?
