Mormons claim.

Assalamu Alaikum warahmatullah Wabarakatuhu

Iam A Muslim Alhmdulilah and iam in contact (Just for dawah purposes) with a church in England called Church of the Jesus Christ of Later day saints (i.e Mormons).

yesterday night they claimed that their Prophet (i.e john smith) is mentined in the Bible and we are obliged to follow hi. they quoted me the verse From Ezekiel 37:16.

I told them the name Joseph here does not talk about Your Prophet Joseph smith but infact it refers to Joseph (PBUH) the son of Jacob.
Am I right?
And please can you throw some more light on Mormons for me?
