So basically while debating some atheists,one of them bought up the issue of Spit and the blessings of Muhammad SAW and his sweat as perfume and they all said it was bizzare,can I have an answer to this?

Did t jesus heal with his spit in the Quran too? Or are you even saying Jesus is cultic and stupid.
