Title: What is Macoraba?

Salam Aleikum. In internet, i found this web:

Does somebody know the topic of that web? I have read a little, but the little I understand is that the pages claim that Mecca was not in Mecca originally, but in Petra, and puto some examples of qiblas of the 1st century of Hijra which are oriented to Petra and not to Mecca. What is the reply to this? Thanks Salam Aleikum.
