1.Killing any Muslim without Haq (zina or qisas) is kufr, so NO Muslim should be killed.

2.Killing innocent children ,killing women and elderly is also forbidden.

3.There is no need to kill those who are NOT fighting us.

This discussion should maintain controversy, so that people going for such measures could invent other simpler methods for more EFFICIENT ways of destroying the "Non believing " "attacking" enemy.

Again, we should keep in mind that blowing anyone who says that he is a Muslim, is NOT Islam. Even for disbelievers, we have to be careful.

I am mentioning it over and over, just because I have seen people who think killing anybody whom they assume to be  kafir,is totally okay, which I surely condemn.

This type of bombing could be controversial, but there should be NO controversies over these points:

1.Killing any Muslim without Haq (zina or qisas) is kufr, so NO Muslim should be killed.

2.Killing innocent children ,killing women and elderly is also forbidden.

3.There is no need to kill those who are NOT fighting us.

What I think is more appropriate, is wherever you are sure enough, use remote control objects or even birds like hen or other animals etc to do so as in Palestine, rather than going for martyrdom with a very few of the enemies blown away.

Why not die after creating a greater loss of the enemies?I really want that every Palestinian Muslim should go for martyrdom after killing at least 1000s of israeliees.

AND yes, suicide bombing could be discussed for countries such as Palestine, but never for countries as in south east Asia, where people blow other Muslims just because they belong to different schools of thought.THIS IS HARAAAAM

Leaving the debate about the word daraba, see the hadees below:

It was narrated that: Sulaiman bin Amr bin Ahwas said: “My father told me that he was present on the Farewell pilgrimage with the Messenger of Allah. He praised and glorified Allah, and reminder and exhorted (the people). Then he said: 'I enjoin good treatment of women, for they are prisoners with you, and you have no right to treat them otherwise, UNLESS they commit clear indecency. If they do that, then forsake them in their beds and hit them, but without causing injury or leaving a mark if they obey you, then do not seek means of annoyance against them. You have rights over your women and your women have rights over you. Your rights over your women are that they are not to allow anyone whom you dislike on treat on your bedding (furniture), not allow anyone whom you dislike to enter your houses. And their right over you are that should treat them kindly with regard to their clothing and food.(Ibn e Majah vol 3,hadees 1851)

Grade   : Sahih (Darussalam)

fahishatim mubayyinah....clear vulgarity or obscenity...where a person feels justified even to kill his wife, honor killing.

It is only in this case,as a last step to strike wife, not whenever he feel okay.

Unhyegenic?

Dirty?

Really...?

What about the babies moving around with diapers soaked with urine and feaces?
What about the elderly with diapers, when they are bed ridden?
What about the urine bag attached or the stool pouch attached with patients?
What about mensturating women moving around?

Do these islamophobes really avoid all of these people?

No.

Rather they would sympathize with many of them.Children, they are still so cute.

Now the case of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.w. :

1.Peeing under the bed is totally a wrong impression. It means going under the bed for urination which was not the case.

2.It was urinating in a container and keeping it under the bed, which,if covered is more hygienic than moving around with dirt/filthy material continuously attached to a person.

See the cases mentioned above where the filth is just together with the person.

3.There is only a single narrator of these two ahadees, who was not the resident of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.w.'s house. Umaymah bint Ruqayyah r.a.

4.Any hadees which is Hasan or hasan sahih does NOT mean that it is Sahih,so the hadees can be used for liniency towards bed ridden patients etc but it can not used to judge the whole character of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.w or his habits.

1.The criteria of pedophilia is not justified for Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.w.

2.There are clear indications that Mother Ayesha r.a. was an adult, not a child at the age of nine.

3.Girls could reach puberty "normally" after the age of 8 years. The abnormality or precocious puberty is before 8 years

4.

secondly, yastankihaha does not mean to have sex,it means to do nikah.

Many wives only for Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.w.

There were several reasons for these marriages.

Helping out the widows.
Creating family bonds between him and his companions.
Uniting different clans.
Increasing credibility and sources for conveying his private family life. If he only had one wife, then it would have been a tremendous responsibility on her to convey Muhammad’s private acts of worship and family life, and people would try to discredit her to destroy the credibility of these practices. However, with multiple wives, there were a lot more sources to the knowledge, making it more difficult to discredit. Therefore, his marriages gave more women the opportunity to learn and teach the matters of his private life.
To break the conventions.
To show the possibilities of marriages in different cases

1.

The Arabic word Injil (إنجيل) as found in Islamic texts, and now used also by Muslim non-Arabs and Arab non-Muslims, is derived from the Syriac Aramaic word awongaleeyoon (ܐܘܢܓܠܝܘܢ) found in the Peshitta (Syriac translation of the Bible),[1] which in turn derives from the Greek word euangelion (Εὐαγγέλιον)[2] of the originally Greek language New Testament, where it means "good news" (from Greek "Εὐ αγγέλιον"; Old English "gōdspel"; Modern English "gospel", or "evangel" as an archaism, cf. e.g. Spanish "evangelio")

The Syriac language is a dialect of Middle Aramaic that emerged in Edessa, Assyria-Upper Mesopotamia, in the early 1st century AD, and is considered closely related to the Aramaic of Jesus.

Wikipedia.

So the basis of word Injeel is derived from Syriac aramic, which is closely related to the aramic of Jesus a.s.

2.

There is nothing in that verse like Allah wanted a sacrifice.

It was not accepted from one person because Allah does not go for the materialistic form of sacrifice, He would accept the taqwa, which resides in the heart.

And recite to them the story of Adam's two sons, in truth, when they both offered a sacrifice [to Allah ], and it was accepted from one of them but was not accepted from the other. Said [the latter], "I will surely kill you." Said [the former], "Indeed, Allah only accepts from the righteous [who fear Him or muttaqeen].(5:27)

The other person was lacking taqwa.

3.

If Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.w. had justified the black kid,it means the woman had not committed the adultery. It also points towards the science of genetics.

There is no indication from the hadees that the woman had committed adultery, and the colour of the boy is not any evidence to convict someone. The hadees provides the rule.

4.

The case which was allowed only for Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.w. was WITHOUT paying meher. If any girl wished to do so,sh was allowed without receiving meher.

For all muslim men, paying meher is obligatory unless the wife voluntarily leaves her right of meher.

If all these women were allowed ONLY for Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.w, then no muslim man could marry his cousin, as the verse mentions them as well.

It is the condition which is only for Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.w.

75
Any concern which you should have while doing something you believe to be righteous, would be that of whether it is proven by the way of prophet Muhammad s.a.w.w and his companions or His suggestions, OR is it any biddah?

Salat ut Tasbeeh is asked to be prayed in a daif hadees,so at least it is not Biddah..

So whoever does righteous deeds while he is a believer - no denial will there be for his effort, and indeed We, of it, are recorders.(21:94)

Following daif hadees for doing something righteous is NOT harmful.BUT taking any daif hadees to drive any Islamic law,or taking any daif hadees to show it as an evidence against Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.w is WRONG.
