Some needs to answer this
« on: January 24, 2016, 07:39:11 PM »
Assalam alykam this was posted by a islamaphobe......
WHO WAS THE FIRST PROPHET OF ALLAH ?

In Judaism, the Talmud (Megillah 14a) says that there had been twice as many prophets as the number of people who left Egypt (2,600,000), but only those whose messages were for future generations were recorded.
This count was 48 male and 7 female Prophets. Interesting to note that since Judaism sees Abraham as the first Prophet; Adam, Enoch, and Noah are not listed amongst the 48.

It Was Muhammad and Allah who according to the Most Authentic Hadiths came with Islam 600 years after Christ.

Bukhari Volume 3, Book 27, Number 18
Bukhari Volume 3 Book 34, Number 266
Bukhari Volume 6, Book 60, Number 22, 45.

My Questions

Muhammad said "Noah was the First Prophet of Allah ''
Bukhari Volume 9, Book 93, Number 532v:
Narrated Anas:
The Prophet said, "The believers will be kept (waiting) on the Day of Resurrection so long that they will become worried and say, "Let us ask somebody to intercede far us with our Lord so that He may relieve us from our place. Then they will go to Adam and say, 'You are Adam, the father of the people. Allah created you with His Own Hand and made you reside in His Paradise and ordered His angels to prostrate before you, and taught you the names of all things will you intercede for us with your Lord so that He may relieve us from this place of ours? Adam will say, 'I am not fit for this undertaking.' He will mention his mistakes he had committed, i.e., his eating off the tree though he had been forbidden to do so. He will add, 'Go to Noah, the first prophet sent by Allah to the people of the Earth.'

Was NOAH the First Prophet or Apostle or Messenger of Allah?

2. Who is or was the First Muslim according to your Quran ?

Was it Muhammad [Surah 6:14, 163]?

Was It Moses [Surah 7:143]?

Was it some Egyptians [Surah 26:51]?

Was it Abraham [Surah 2:127-133, Surah 3:67]?

Was it Adam, the first man who received inspiration from Allah [ Surah 2:37].

3. Who is the Last Prophet?

prophet Muhammad the slave of Allaah?

A breast from the Earth?

Jesus Christ the Son of GOD the FATHER ?

or Isa the Son of Mary?

or Yesu( Arabic name for Yeshua The Son of Man?

or Eesa The Slave of Allah ?

Be Honest in your Reply ♚

4. The QUR'AN says:
And, indeed We have sent Messengers before you (O Muhammad ); of some of them We have
related to you their story and of some We have
not related to you '' (Sura 40:78)

There are Only Twenty Five Prophets Mentioned in the Qur'an
1. Prophet Muhammad,
2. Prophet Jesus, son of Mary,
3. Prophet John,
4. Prophet Zakarias,
5. Prophet Elisha,
6. Prophet Elias,
7. Prophet Jonah,
8. Prophet Ezekiel,
9. Prophet Job,
10. Prophet Solomon,
11. Prophet David,
12. Prophet Moses
13. Prophet Aaron
14. Prophet Shu ' ayb,
15. Prophet Joseph,
16. Prophet Jacob,
17. Prophet Issac
18. Prophet Ishmael
19. Prophet Abraham,
20. Prophet Lot,
21. Prophet S alih
22. Prophet Hūd,
23. Prophet Noah
24. Prophet Enoch
25. Adam

According to a saying of Muhammad, there were
about 124,000 Prophets, sent to various nations and tribes throughout history..

BUT

the Talmud (Megillah 14a) says that there had been twice as many prophets as the number of people who left Egypt (2,600,000).

Muslins say 124,000 Prophets and the Jews said 2,600,000 prophets? Whose account is True?

5. And for every nation is a messenger. So when their messenger comes, it will be judged between them in justice, and they will not be wronged
- Qur'an 10:47- Qur'an 35:24

These two verses tell us that a Prophets Messengers Warners has been sent to every nation on Earth. So we can safely assume that "every nation" includes those outside the Middle East.
again
The Quran explicitly says that Allah never sent any messenger except to his own people speaking in their own language: Surah 14:4

so was Jonah sent to his own nation and Tongue?

Was Muhammad the Arabian sent to the Japanese, Chinese, French nation, Africans etc?
What was the Tongue of Muhammad?

Explain this contradiction:
Surah 10:47; surah 16:35-36; surah 22:34,67; Surah 35:24 and
Surah 40:5-6, which state that Allah has sent to every nation a Messenger before the time of Muhammad
contradicts the second set of verses: Surah 28:46; Surah 32:3 and Surah 36:6,
which state that a Messenger was never sent to the people Muhammad was sent to.

Were there any Prophets and Messengers sent to the Arabs between the time of Ishmael and the time of Muhammad?

Prophet Noah (pbuh) is the 1st messenger. Even in Judaism they believe that before Abraham, Noah had been given 7 Laws to be spread onto his nation.

And it increase up to 10 Laws as it reaches the period of Moses (pbuh).

Secondly, Abraham, Ishmael and Isaac pbuh do not speak Arab/Hebrew. They speak different semitic language. Saying Abraham as 1st Jewish prophet is not correct.

For the Jews they should say, Abraham was  1st to submit to God's Law  among his people.

The following is according to my own understanding, which could be faulty.

First Prophet

There is a difference between a “Messenger” and a “Prophet”.

Quote
Praise be to Allaah.
Adam (peace be upon him) was the first of the Prophets, as it says in the hadeeth narrated by Ibn Hibbaan in his Saheeh, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was asked about Adam – was he a Prophet? He said, “Yes, a Prophet to whom Allaah spoke.” But he was not a Messenger, because of the hadeeth about intercession in which it says that the people will go to Nooh and say to him, “You are the first Messenger whom Allaah sent to the earth.”
This text clearly indicates that Nooh was the first of the Messengers. And Allaah knows best.
Majmoo’ Fataawa Ibn ‘Uthaymeen, 1/317.
Adam the father of mankind was a Prophet, so he was the first of the Prophets.

First Muslim

These different people were the first Muslims among their people. For example, Person A was first in a race held in 2011 and Person B was first in a race held in 2012. They both are “first”, just for a different time and place.

Quote
What this basically and simply means that Muhammad is commanded to be the first Muslim AMONG HIS PEOPLE. That is all it means, it means that Muhammad is the first Muslim among his people, and is commanded to be the first Muslim among his people. So it does not contradict the other verses, Muhammad is not the first Muslim on theplanet, it just means the first Muslim among his people. Note what one of the verses also say:
Say: Shall I choose for a protecting friend other than Allah, the Originator of the heavens and the earth, Who feedeth and is never fed? Say: I am ordered to be the first to surrender [aslama] (unto Him). And be not thou (O Muhammad) of the idolaters. S. 6:14 Pickthall
It tells Muhammad to be not of the idolaters, who were the idolaters? The idolaters were the Quraysh, they were Muhammad's people, so hence it is crystal clear when it is said for Muhammad to be the first Muslim it just basically means among his people.

Last Prophet

Prophet Muhammad.
No references are given for the other claims to be able to make any refutation.

No. of Prophets

Muslims don’t believe that the earlier scriptures have been protected from corruption so it doesn’t really matter what the Talmud says.

Messenger sent to his own nation and Tongue

Don’t know about this one, maybe someone else can answer this.

-   “Explain this contradiction:
Surah 10:47; surah 16:35-36; surah 22:34,67; Surah 35:24 and
Surah 40:5-6, which state that Allah has sent to every nation a Messenger before the time of Muhammad
contradicts the second set of verses: Surah 28:46; Surah 32:3 and Surah 36:6,
which state that a Messenger was never sent to the people Muhammad was sent to.”

Either I’m missing something or there actually is no contradiction, not even an apparent one. To the people that lived before Prophet Muhammad’s time, messengers were sent to them and to Prophet Muhammad’s people, only Prophet Muhammad was sent. Where is the contradiction?
Also, “people Muhammad was sent to” should not mean all the ancestors of the Arabs during Prophet Muhammad's times, because that would make all the people of the world up-to Prophet Adam, “Arabs”.
Additionally, “Surah 36:6” doesn’t say what the statement is claiming it to be saying (i.e. “a Messenger was never sent to the people Muhammad was sent to”).

v alyikum muslam brother isa27 james:
u says
#Muslins say 124,000 Prophets and the Jews said 2,600,000 prophets? Whose account is True?

TODAY NONE OF THE SCRIPT (EXCEPT QURAN ) BEING A TRUE SCRIPTURES FROM THE AUTHORITY OF ALLHA (S) ,THERE ARE SOME VERSES FROM BIBLE ,OTHER SCRIPTURE AGREED THE ONCE OF GOD OR SOME ISLAMIC PRINCIPLE ,BUT THAT WAS NOT THE REASON FOR ALL THE CORRESPONDING VERSES FROM IT BEING DIVINE..............

ALLHA SAYS People never follow the torah:

62: 5. The likeness of those who were entrusted with the (obligation of the) Taurât (Torah) (i.e. to obey its commandments and to practise its legal laws), but who subsequently failed in those (obligations), is as the likeness of a donkey who carries huge burdens of books (but understands nothing from them). How bad is the example (or the likeness) of people who deny the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allâh. And Allâh guides not the people who are Zâlimûn (polytheists, wrong-doers, disbelievers, etc.).

About Jew/Christ:

5: 41. O Messenger (Muhammad SAW)! Let not those who hurry to fall into disbelief grieve you, of such who say: "We believe" with their mouths but their hearts have no faith. And of the Jews are men who listen much and eagerly to lies - listen to others who have not come to you. They change the words from their places; they say, "If you are given this, take it, but if you are not given this, then beware!" And whomsoever Allâh wants to put in Al¬Fitnah [error, because of his rejecting the Faith], you can do nothing for him against Allâh. Those are the ones whose hearts Allâh does not want to purify (from disbelief and hypocrisy); for them there is a disgrace in this world, and in the Hereafter a great torment.
9:31. They (Jews and Christians) took their rabbis and their monks to be their lords besides Allâh (by obeying them in things which they made lawful or unlawful according to their own desires without being ordered by Allâh), and (they also took as their Lord) Messiah, son of Maryam (Mary), while they (Jews and Christians) were commanded [in the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)) to worship none but One Ilâh (God - Allâh) Lâ ilâha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He). Praise and glory be to Him, (far above is He) from having the partners they associate (with Him)."
3: 78. And verily, among them is a party who distort the Book with their tongues (as they read), so that you may think it is from the Book, but it is not from the Book, and they say: "This is from Allâh," but it is not from Allâh; and they speak a lie against Allâh while they know it.
5: 64. The Jews say: "Allâh's Hand is tied up (i.e. He does not give and spend of His Bounty)." Be their hands tied up and be they accursed for what they uttered. Nay, both His Hands are widely outstretched. He spends (of His Bounty) as He wills. Verily, the Revelation that has come to you from Allâh increases in most of them their obstinate rebellion and disbelief. We have put enmity and hatred amongst them till the Day of Resurrection. Every time they kindled the fire of war, Allâh extinguished it; and they (ever) strive to make mischief on earth. And Allâh does not like the Mufsidûn (mischief-makers).
65. And if only the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) had believed (in Muhammad SAW) and warded off evil (sin, ascribing partners to Allâh) and had become Al¬Muttaqûn (the pious - see V.2:2) We would indeed have blotted out their sins and admitted them to Gardens of pleasure (in Paradise).
2: 79. Then woe to those who write the Book with their own hands and then say, "This is from Allâh," to purchase with it a little price! Woe to them for what their hands have written and woe to them for that they earn thereby.
15: 9. Verily We: It is We Who have sent down the Dhikr (i.e. the Qur'ân) and surely, We will guard it (from corruption).
18: 102. Do then those who disbelieve think that they can take My slaves [i.e., the angels, Allâh's Messengers, 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), etc.] as Auliyâ' (lords, gods, protectors, etc.) besides Me? Verily, We have prepared Hell as an entertainment for the disbelievers (in the Oneness of Allâh Islâmic Monotheism).
103. Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Shall We tell you the greatest losers in respect of (their) deeds?
62: 5. The likeness of those who were entrusted with the (obligation of the) Taurât (Torah) (i.e. to obey its commandments and to practice its legal laws), but who subsequently failed in those (obligations), is as the likeness of a donkey who carries huge burdens of books (but understands nothing from them). How bad is the example (or the likeness) of people who deny the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allâh. And Allâh guides not the people who are Zâlimûn (polytheists, wrong-doers, disbelievers, etc.).
6. Say (O Muhammad SAW): "O you Jews! If you pretend that you are friends of Allâh, to the exclusion of (all) other mankind, then long for death if you are truthful."
7. But they will never long for it (death), because of what (deeds) their hands have sent before them! And Allâh knows well the Zâlimûn (polytheists, wrong-doers, disbelievers, etc.).
8. Say (to them): "Verily, the death from which you flee will surely meet you, then you will be sent back to (Allâh), the All-Knower of the unseen and the scene, and He will tell you what you used to do."[Advice]
98: 1. Those who disbelieve from among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) and among Al-Mushrikûn, were not going to leave (their disbelief) until there came to them clear evidence.
2. A Messenger (Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) from Allâh, reciting (the Qur'ân) purified pages [purified from Al-Bâtil (falsehood, etc.)].
3. Containing correct and straight laws from Allâh.
5. And they were commanded not, but that they should worship Allâh, and worship none but Him Alone (abstaining from ascribing partners to Him), and perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât) and give Zakât: and that is the right religion.
6. Verily, those who disbelieve (in the religion of Islâm, the Qur'ân and Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) from among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) and Al-Mushrikûn will abide in the Fire of Hell. They are the worst of creatures.
