the quran says that the earth was created before the heaven, so where was this earth placed, isnt the earth inside of the heavens? so doesnt he heaven need to be there to place the earth into. To make my question easier if the earth was created frst, where was it? how can the earth not be in the heavens

You provided no Noble Verse to support your empty assertions.  No where in Islam's Texts do you find that the earth was created first.  On the contrary, the Glorious Quran gives all of the Miracles of Earth in details:

The earth is spherical, traveling in space, is rotating around itself.  These are some of the things the Glorious Quran says about earth.

Dude seriously ?

Nowhere in the Quran does it say earth is "created" before heaven...
All it says is Allah created everything on earth then turned to heaven
Use simple logic man how will you turn towards a non existent thing heaven was there before alllah created the earth he just shifted his atttention to heaven after he created earth...
and then just divided it or expanded it who knows

in Verse(41:12) Allah was describing the sky/heaven as the invisible path (not the planets and stars) that it was just a chaos (maybe just one chaos path/sky, maybe more) of a mixed up smoke/gas...etc. when he finished making the earth ready for life,

then I believe that he separated smokes from each others to make something new, and Tided it cosmically into 7 a layers above another, and each one of these paths have it's own special component, properties, and job .

I.E.  earth atmosphere layers, who tided them into above another layers ? can atheists answers us who tides the earth's heavens/skies into a different layers and how each one of them have it's own job?

the one that tided the earth atmosphere into layers, and ground into layers, can't he tide the universe sky into 7 heavens/layers/paths above another, and make each one is different than the other? like the salt water and sweet water seas.

Thumma can also mean moreover. I believe that you are referring to:

Then He directed Himself to the heaven while it was smoke and said to it and to the earth, "Come [into being], willingly or by compulsion." They said, "We have come willingly." Quran [41:11]

Thumma here is translated as "Then", but it can also mean moreover, or and. I believe that it means and here because even people knew that heaven already existed before earth. It's simple logic. In order to create earth, you need to create heaven first.

Arab Christians are the worst type of Christians because they manipulate any text to fit their agenda

I think the problem with interpreting this verse is in imagining Allah as a big physical being that were only concentrating at creating earth alone like a Lego construction during his first 4 periods of creating process.

I think we must start go beyond our imaginations and concentrate on "there is nothing whatever like unto Him"

when he gave commands to earth and heavens to come to his command, they reflected the agreement right away. can we understand how does earth and skies comply to Allah commands ? I think still no human can.
