Aha so this http://www.answering-islam.org/authors/vargo/haman_transition.html did not refute this http://www.islamic-awareness.org/Quran/Contrad/External/haman.html  ?
In other ways the second link refuted the first, or what do you mean dear brother?

There is no clear refutation. If you look at http://www.answering-islam.org/authors/vargo/haman_transition.html where is the refutation? What they did is just provide similarities between two different historical events. How is that a refutation?

There are so many examples, at New Testament copying the Old one. For example, 1Kings 17:17-24 and Luke 7:11-16. One may claim that Christians borrowed their ideas from Jews, but will a single Christians believe in this?

Cults & Deviant Beliefs / Re: Radicals and extremists
« on: November 25, 2012, 07:54:22 AM »
Peace, dear brother, can u pls give me the number of the hadith and which book? Is it sahih by albani and other scholars. Thanks

It was narrated that Abu Al-Aliyah said:
"Ibn Abbas said: "On the morning of Al-Aqabah, while he was on his mount, the Messenger of Allah said to me: "Pick up (some pebbles) for me." So I picked up some pebbles for him that were the size of date stones or fingertips, and when I placed them in his hand he said: "Like these. And beware of going to extremes in religious matters, for those who came before you were destroyed because of going to extremes in religious matters." (Sahih) (Sunan an-Nasa'i Vol. 3, Book 24, Hadith 3059)

Thank you two for your replies. So will Waraqa be punished in the fire or was he a pure christian?
3:199 And indeed, among the People of the Scripture are those who believe in Allah and what was revealed to you and what was revealed to them, [being] humbly submissive to Allah . They do not exchange the verses of Allah for a small price. Those will have their reward with their Lord. Indeed, Allah is swift in account.

Thanks so much for the reply ramzi. Id like to ask a further 2 questions...
1. Did Waraqa become muslim?
and 2. Wouldnt your blood boil if you saw shias badmouthing people such as aishah, Abu bakr PBUT etc and saying we are highly disrespectful when we say the prophets were infallible in conveying the message and saved from cimmitting major sins but they were still human in normal matters.
Once again thanks ramzi...i can always rely on you :P

Do you know that Qur'an says that Allah was/is with Abu Bakr (ra)? 9:40 If you do not aid the Prophet - Allah has already aided him when those who disbelieved had driven him out [of Makkah] as one of two, when they were in the cave and he said to his companion, "Do not grieve; indeed Allah is with us." And Allah sent down his tranquillity upon him and supported him with angels you did not see and made the word of those who disbelieved the lowest, while the word of Allah - that is the highest. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.

Even Shias accept that the 'he' is Muhammad (P) and the companion is Abu Bakr (ra). So what does it say? "indeed Allah is with us". With whom? With Muhammad (P) and Abu Bakr (ra). With whom? "Indeed, Allah is with those who fear Him and those who are doers of good." (16:128)

What about first, the answer is likely, no, since "But after a few days Waraqa died".

Jihad & Terrorism / Re: Suicide bombers.
« on: November 22, 2012, 01:11:48 PM »
"The Prophet said, "He who commits suicide by throttling shall keep on throttling himself in the Hell Fire (forever) and he who commits suicide by stabbing himself shall keep on stabbing himself in the Hell-Fire."" (Bukhari Vol. 2, Book 23, Hadith 446)

13
'....................But after a few days Waraqa died and the Divine Inspiration was also paused for a while and the Prophet became so sad as we have heard that he intended several times to throw himself from the tops of high mountains and every time he went up the top of a mountain in order to throw himself down, Gabriel would appear before him and say, "O Muhammad! You are indeed Allah's Apostle in truth" whereupon his heart would become quiet and he would calm down and would return home. And whenever the period of the coming of the inspiration used to become long, he would do as before, but when he used to reach the top of a mountain, Gabriel would appear before him and say to him what he had said before. (Ibn 'Abbas said regarding the meaning of: 'He it is that Cleaves the daybreak (from the darkness)' (6.96) that Al-Asbah. means the light of the sun during the day and the light of the moon at night).'

How could the Prophet PBUH want to commit suicide? Shias use this as a stick to beat us with. Can someone clarify this?

Thanks for the reply Ramzi. Also on the topic of sunnah and sects. Quranists say that the Quran says we only need to pray 3 times a day and not 5. Is there any verse in the quran that says 5 prayers?
Yes.  http://www.islam-qa.com/en/ref/1092

Im a bit confused on this one. Why did Allah decide to mislead so many people by making it look like Jesus PBUH got crucified? Who was the man who actually did get crucified in his place? Thanks
