Title: how do.i.respond to.this with Islamic view
Post by: Isa27James on May 31, 2015, 03:05:34 AM
Assalam.akykam  a christian.said the following

One day we will all be judged by God for violating his moral Law the Ten Commandments. Jesus said there was no one good but God. If a man or woman lusts in their heart it's the same as adultery, if you hate your brother, you are guilty of murder, God said you shall not commit adultery, and you should not kill. Let me ask you something...have you ever lied, or blasphemed Gods holy name? Have you stolen anything, like someone's virginity? Have you ever been jealous? God desires truth in the inward parts, not only in our actions but in our thought life and in the motives of our heart.

What is your question? What should be answered?

We know that in islam, our intention is as important as our deeds..

Quran 2:225
Allah does not impose blame upon you for what is unintentional in your oaths, but He imposes blame upon you for what your hearts have earned. And Allah is Forgiving and Forbearing.

Quran 9:107
And there are those who put up a mosque by way of mischief and infidelity - to disunite the Believers - and in preparation for one who warred against Allah and His Messenger aforetime. They will indeed swear that their intention is nothing but good; But Allah doth declare that they are certainly liars.

(they build mosques, which is such a gooddeed, but their intention is not actually to do good, but to cause troubles..! And are called liars by Allah.

Quran 33:5
Call them by (the names of) their fathers: that is juster in the sight of Allah. But if ye know not their father's (names, call them) your Brothers in faith, or your maulas. But there is no blame on you if ye make a mistake therein: (what counts is) the intention of your hearts: and Allah is Oft-Returning, Most Merciful.
