The miracles of past prophets were tiny in magnitude if one were to witness the miracle from outside of earth, such miracles were too tiny to be even spotted. e.g cure leprosy, blind, splitting of sea, reviving human by israelite prophets.

But Yhwh granted the Arabian prophet a miracle at a much bigger scale which was the splitting of moon. And ascension in a night to meet Yhwh at His throne.
