If a military commander permitted his soldiers to temporarily use the female captives as objects of sexual desire and distributed them among the soldiers for that purpose, such an act would be considered unlawful by Islamic Law. Ibn Hazm (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: Both slave women and free women are enjoined not to refuse the master or husband if he calls them for intercourse, so long as the woman who is called is not menstruating or sick and likely to be HARMED by intercourse, or observing an obligatory fast. If she refuses with no excuse then she is cursed. End quote from al-Muhalla (10/40).

As far as those two posts by Ali sina Is concerned let me myself make it clear
With regards to the property of banu al mustaliq is concerned it was all returned to the people after they accepted Islam
Ali sina uses a quote from William muir in his article that the property was sold to highest bidders which is a clear cut lie and fabrication and another quote from al waqidi vol 3 page 416 saying that Abu said al khudri ( ra ) had sex with slave woman which is again a fabricated lie
Reasons
1) with regards to property please kindly go to whatsoever seerah possible it is clearly written that all properties was returned and All captives not even 1 less than taken were set free
2) with regards to source from al waqidi his narrations are not accepted if it contradicts the authentic hadith and seerah and what Ali sina used in his article

What he used is not even a narration because there is no narrator to the text he provided AT ALL
It's just like saying that
" I saw ur father hanging from a banyan tree"

3) one of the possibilities is that he fabricated the report because he is an excellent fabricator and changes words let me expose him right here
In his article 72 virgins he wrote that the text sunnah talks about breasts of hoor (Astagfirullah)

See also the introduction where Ibn kathir clearly stated that he took from the magazi of al waqidi and on page 217 the hadith on coitus interuptus has been included in seerah but no where did ibn Kathir included such report from al waqidi that ANY COMPANION ACTUALLY HAD SEX WITH ANY CAPTIVE WOMEN IF THERE WAS SUCH REPORT PRESENT THEN HE WOULD HAVE SURELY INCLUDED IN HIS SEERAH

SO HOW COME IT TOOK HIM 3 LONG YEARS TO FABRICATE AND INVENT A SIMPLE YET VERY VERY IMPORTANT LAW IF HE WAS A FABRICATER AND THEN TO HE PRODUCE A MORE ETHICAL AND A LAW THAT IS HONORING AND SANCTIFYING THE RIGHTS OF FEMALE SLAVE
EVERY LAW THAT PROPHET MUHMAAD ( SWS ) NARRATED TO HIS FOLLOWRRS WAS REVEALATION TO HIM. AND I CHALLENGE WHICH CIVILISATION WHICH CULTURE AND RELIGION TALKS ABOUT WAITING PERIOD FOR FEMALE SLAVE

Or THEY SAY MUHMAAD ( SWS ) HAS FABRICATED IT NAY SAY TO THEM IT IS THE TRUTH FROM THEIR LORD.

REASON I HAVE EXPLAINED IN TOTALITY THE REASON THAT SINCE THE IDDAH LAW WAS NOT REVEALED AND THAT RULE DIDN'T CAME INTO FORCE THAT S THE REASON THEY IMMEDIATELY WANTED TO ENGAGE IN SEXUAL RELATIONSHIP
MORE OVER IF THEY RAPIST AS SUCH THEN HOW COME THEY RELEASED ALL THE CAPTIVES WITH OUT HAVING SEX OUT OF THEIR OWN FREE WILL?

WHAT I WAS SAYING THAT JUST AS THE COMPANIONS OF PROPHET MUHMAAD ( SWS ) USED TO DRINK ALCOHOL AND HE DIDN'T FORBADE THEM SIMILARLY COMPANIONS OF PROPHET MUHMAAD ( SWS ) MAY USED TO MISTREAT THE SLAVES (EVEN BY FORCING THEM TO INTERCOURSE)
BUT IT IS NOT ACTUALLY ALLOWED TO HARM AND MISTREAT THE SLAVES AND NO ONE CAN DARE TO CHALLENGE
