Title: sin and kafir

Assalam alikum I was just wondering if someone does not care about sinning but still believes it is a sin like a serial killer who loves murder rape cannabilisam eating humans etc someone who does not care to sin but still know and believe it is wrong and a sin and does not repent because he does not care and he loves to sin but still believes in allah  does that make them a kafir or not

One who believe in Creator and in His Messengers of revelations. But loves the unlawful enjoyment of the world. He will accrued sins , to be punished in hell for a long time.

He is not regarded as Kfr as he does not reject the revelations of Creator, despite committing unlawful desires of world. They will most likely attempt to repent only when lethal illness/calamity reaches them.

Ok thanks jazzakkallah so they are are still not a kafir even if he doesn't hate the sins in his heart even if he like it enjoys it a accept it so they still wouldn't be a kafir then as long as he still believes in allah and accept that it is a sin is that right jazzakkallah

Also what if he hates allah but still believes in him and agree with everything etc does that make him a kafir or not
