Have you read the whole Hadith? It was a man,the son of a slave woman who got too mad that the women was insulting the Prophet SAW,so he killed her,and The Prophet SAW disapproved of killing her,

Not really,Blood money is for the people Muhammad SAW approved of killing,like a government giving money for war,but Muhammad SAW didn't give money for it,hence why it was forbade and disapproved of.
