The doomed-to-Hell infidel has no proof. Arabic was proven to date back more than 8,000 years ago. So if there are words that are similar between Arabic and other languages in the Glorious Quran, it is the Arabic that is the original. Please visit:

Arabic is a ancient language and has developed a long time ago,and is developing over time and again so we never know if there were verses in Quran which contain farsi or something,Allah SWT inspired The Quran in the arabic of that time,so probably these words were in arabic.

Remember,the languages undergo many changes.
Language revitalization,
Language reform,
Language change etc etc.
So some words with different origins or backgrounds,or even the words which you perceive to be foreign DO NOT mean that the whole language is changed.
