- And to clear confusion. If your father is 55 now, and you're 13 now, this means that he was 42 years old when had intercourse, which also means that you were born 42 years later after he (your father) was born.[/o][/color]

Why doesn't anyone respond?

I guess you're right...as far as i remember, i was taught in physics class(correct me if I'm wrong because i studied physics till ordinary level lol) that light is formed when electrons loses energy and enters the "ground stage"...so basically it would not be possible during the early stages of the universe because everything was kinda hot or maybe too hot for atoms of hydrogen or helium to kinda attract electrons...well basically when they attract they become "neutral/impartial atoms" i guess(we should remember that visible light is created by electrons within atoms)....so yeah i guess you're right that the universe had to wait for 240,000-300,000 years to see some light...

Another thing, if some people claim that it's referring to day and not light because God called light day, then they are obviously making another irrefutable error here.
According the bible, God created sun on day 4, and he created light on day 1. So we have 2 possibilities here, either light in the bible is referring to the actual day, or it's referring to the actual light, and in the end, both of them are wrong because:
1.If it's (the light that's mentioned in the bible) is referring to the actual day, then this is entirely falsehood because there can be no day without sun, and sun was created on day 4 while light was created on day 1
2.If it's (the light that's mentioned in the bible) is referring to the actual light, then this is incorrect because according to the bible the light was created after earth was created and was formless.
-
I guess you nailed it ;)

I hope people give me their opinions about this error. Is it wrong? I look forward to your answers.

As'salamu Alaikum dear brothers,
"Light" can be interpreted in different ways. The Light of GOD Almighty is different from the light of our stars and sun. We don't know before the Big Bang if other stars and universes existed. And light really begins when there is a light source. So I am not really sure.
Take care,
Osama Abdallah

But brother Osama, this is like saying that the earth that God created isn't our earth. There's nothing as "The Light of GOD Almighty is different from the light of our stars and sun.". This is like saying that the DNA that God created is different from the DNA that we know. The bible is referring to the actual light. It didn't say that that this light is different from the light that we know. In the bible it says that God created heavens and earth, doesn't that mean that it was referring to other heavens and another earth? When we say that God created earth in the Quran, do we mean that it's another earth?
-
Another thing, it didn't claim that this light is the "light" of God. It only said that God created light.
-

And even if another universes and stars existed before the big bang, then this wouldn't matter because the bible claimed that light was created after earth was created and was formless, so would you add this error to your collection, brother Osama?
-
Brother Osama, will you add it to your collection, or not?
-
Let me see to it, akhi.

This is perhaps after the earth was joined with our solar system and began to form life and atmosphere in the goldilock zone.
I hope this helps, insha'Allah.
Take care,
Osama Abdallah
It doesn't matter whether earth was joined or not. It will still remain a obvious error in the bible. The bible claims that light was created after earth began to form, or was created and formless.
Please read my posts above. They will definitely enlighten you.

I think I won ;D, and I think that you owe me something, brother Osama. That thing is adding this error to your collection in the main site so that everyone could see it.

Sorry for the duplicate post. I wonder why it happens. Maybe this is some kind of bug.

1.If it's referring to morning on earth, then it's wrong because the sun was created on day 4 while light was created on day 1.
Not necessarily, akhi. This is where you and I are disconnecting. Light already existed. The creation of our sun on day 4 doesn't mean that light didn't exist on the days before that. The verses simply speak about light on earth, or on planets in general. Again, evening and morning and day and night. All of these deal with cycles of planets around their suns.
So in other words, earth could've been brought to the sun on Day #4 to have light shine on it after it was a stray planet. This is where the planemo earth theory comes in. And it seems that both the Bible and the Glorious Quran support it.
Am I still missing it here?
Take care,
Osama Abdallah

Brother Osama, I think you're quite confused. Let me enlighten you.
Not necessarily, akhi. This is where you and I are disconnecting. Light already existed. The creation of our sun on day 4 doesn't mean that light didn't exist on the days before that.
Yes indeed, but if that's the case, then the bible is wrong because it implies that earth was created and was formless before light.
Brother Osama, Look.
1-The bible says that God created earth first and it was formless
2-Then the bible says that God created light
The is falsehood because light was created before earth even began to form.
- Or[/o]
1-The bible is talking about morning.
2-According to the bible God created earth and it was formless.
3-God created morning on earth (light) on day one.
Then this is also wrong because there can be no day, or morning without sun, and sun was created on day 4.
So in other words, earth could've been brought to the sun on Day #4 to have light shine on it after it was a stray planet. This is where the planemo earth theory comes in. And it seems that both the Bible and the Glorious Quran support it.
Could be, but won't change the fact that there's an obvious error in the bible.
I think it's clear now.

Brother Osama, if you are still confused then don't worry. Just add to your main page and people will be incapable of understanding it. It's not hard to understand, but perhaps your mind isn't accepting it.
I'm not trying to say that you're dumb. We all have different minds and thinking.

You said it yourself. It implies. This is what you think it meant. Your case remains gray, not black and white. It will turn off Jews and Christians by looking opinionated, bias and desperate. I don't like dealing with gray arguments. Sorry, I can't add it, akhi. Call me dumb, but I can't add it.
