I think they use condoms which allow to lower possibility of sexual diseases, right brother Sama?

Uhhhhh there's also the literal tearing of the butt hole from anal sex. This is specifically why is Muslim straight men shouldn't take part in anal sex either as it's forbidden as sodomy.
