I would like to know the source of it. I heard that it is in Ahmad..?
So, what is the source of it?.?

Apparently it is in bukhari and Tirmidhi. Dont know the numbers though :( I also discovered some veeeery interesting things. According to some people there are 3 versions of the sermon, parts of the sermon are not mentioned in hadith at all and that some people suspect that the most popular version of the sermon is part forged. Huzzah -_-

As-Salamu `Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh akhi.
It is also in Bukhari but the longest version is mentioned by Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal. Check www.sunnah.com and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Farewell_Sermon. :)

Ahmed bin Hanbal has given us the longest and perhaps the most complete version of this sermon in his Masnud, Hadith no. 19774
There is also a different version in Al-Tabari, Vol. 9, pp. 112-113
THe one in Tabari is very cruel though.
