Yusuf Ali:

[015:022]  And We send the fecundating winds, then cause the rain to descend from the sky, therewith providing you with water (in abundance), though ye are not the guardians of its stores.

[015:022]  We circulate the winds full of moisture. We send rain down from the sky, and We have you drink that water. You could not hold that (much water) in reservoirs!

Transliteration:

[015:022]  Waarsalna alrriyaha lawaqiha faanzalna mina alssama-i maan faasqaynakumoohu wama antum lahu bikhazineena

15:22 وارسلنا الرياح لواقح فانزلنا من السماء ماء فاسقيناكموه وماانتم له بخازنين

Sher Ali:

[015:022]  And WE send fecundating winds, then WE send down water from the clouds, then WE give it to you to drink, and you could not yourselves store it.

Shakir:

[015:022]  And We send the winds fertilizing, then send down water from the cloud so We give it to you to drink of, nor is it you who store it up.

Pickthall:

[015:022]  And We send the winds fertilising, and cause water to descend from the sky, and give it you to drink. It is not ye who are the holders of the store thereof.

Sale:

[015:022]  We also send the winds driving the pregnant clouds, and We send down from heaven water, whereof We give you to drink, and which ye keep not in store.

Muhammad Al-Hilali & Muhsin Khan:

[015:022]  And We send the winds fertilizing (to fill heavily the clouds with water), then caused the water (rain) to descend from the sky, and We gave it to you to drink, and it is not you who are the owners of its stores (i.e. to give water to whom you like or to withhold it from whom you like).

Palmer:

[015:022]  And we send forth the impregnating winds, and we send down water from the sky, and we give it to you to drink, nor is it ye who store it up.

Arberry:

[015:022]  And We loose the winds fertilising, and We send down out of heaven water, then We give it to you to drink, and you are not its treasurers.

Khalifa: (why is he here?)

[015:022]  And we send the winds as pollinators, and cause water to come down from the sky for you to drink. Otherwise, you could not keep it palatable.

Rodwell:

[015:022]  And We send forth the fertilising winds, and cause the rain to come down from the heaven, and give you to drink of it; and it is not ye who are its storers:
