1- According to the Qur'an, a person who enters Hell will never enter Paradise. If a person is good and his faults are many, he will suffer the punishment for these mistakes in the world and  his rank is low in Paradise.

2- Today, Muslims follow the teachings of hadith, sect and mysticism/sufism. They are in the grip of teachings that are the exact opposite of true Islam in the Qur'an, and this is the real reason for their suffering. For example, Sufism allows people to adore themselves and the universe, it is a Pantheist. It is not Islam. It is enemy of Islam.

No, in these 2 verses it says that heaven and hell is not a law that happens by itself, it happens because Allah willed it so with His free will. If you notice, the same expression is used for those in heaven.

Here Allah Almighty is telling us what He will do in the future.

And He says "unless I will otherwise, I will never remove those in Paradise".

And he promises he won't.

In other words, "I can change this judgment if I want to, but those in Paradise will stay there forever because I freely willed that they should stay there."

By the way, paradise and hell are in the Hereafter Universe called the Floor of the Lord (Indallah). It exists even now and there are planets in that universe. The heaven and earth refer to that Hereafter Universe and the planets in it, of course, and they are eternal.

By the way, the verses repeatedly say that a person who enters hell will never enter paradise. The only way out for those in hell is to perish with hell, that is, to taste eternal death.
