The valley of Al-Rafa'eyyeen is valley known for its rich and fertile soil.  They lie and say that Becca is in the valley of Al-Rafa'eyeen.  But the verse says that the valley is arid and dry, and the pilgrims go to it.  And it is in the southwest direction from Jerusalem (جنوبي غرب أورشليم). 1- مكان جاف قاحل . 2 - يذهب إليه الحجيج 1-  Place that is arid and dry. 2-  The pilgrims go to it.
