Yusuf Ali: [007:033] Say: the things that my Lord hath indeed forbidden are: shameful deeds, whether open or secret; sins and trespasses against truth or reason; assigning of partners to God, for which He hath given no authority; and saying things about God of which ye have no knowledge.

Yusuf Ali: [007:080] We also (sent) Lut: He said to his people: "Do ye commit lewdness such as no people in creation (ever) committed before you?[007:081] "For ye practise your lusts on men in preference to women : ye are indeed a people transgressing beyond bounds." [007:082] And his people gave no answer but this: they said, "Drive them out of your city: these are indeed men who want to be clean and pure!"

Yusuf Ali: [027:054] (We also sent) Lut (as an apostle): behold, He said to his people, "Do ye do what is shameful though ye see (its iniquity)?[027:055] Would ye really approach men in your lusts rather than women? Nay, ye are a people (grossly) ignorant! [027:056] But his people gave no other answer but this: they said, "Drive out the followers of Lut from your city: these are indeed men who want to be clean and pure!"
