*** After download, right-click on a zip file and select extract. Make sure that you extract all of the zip files' files to the same default directory, "C:\Answering Christianity", or any other directory of your choosing. Also, make sure you download the following zip files last and extract them in the same directory:
index.zip
(only 354 bytes). This zip file contains a new
index.html file to replace the old one (one in the
all_html_image_files.zip zip file above). This is because the one in
the latter zip file calls a CGI program that only works on my website.
It won't work on the local computer that the file is downloaded to.
The new index.html file will fix this problem.
The index.html file is the site's main file.
Latest Site-Updates (73 mb). Download this zip file last to overwrite the older files with the newer ones. They include the files to 11/08/2009.
To do a word search for the files, use your Windows Operating System's "Find Files and Folders" utility by clicking on "Start" from your Window's status bar, and then "Find", and then "Files and Folders". In the "Look in:" text filed, type "C:\Answering Christianity\" without the double quotes if you left "C:\Answering Christianity\" to be your default directory when you unzipped the files after the download. If you changed the directory on the unzipping of the files after your download, then enter that directory. Now, in the "Advanced" tab, and in the "Containing text:" text field, enter your word or string of words to be searched, and then click the "Find Now" button.
Note: in the "Containing text:" text field, if you wish to search for existence of multiple words in a page, then type them separated by a comma. For instance, if you type "Jesus, Mary" without the double quotes, then the search utility will search each page for the occurrence of "Jesus" and then "Mary".
See screen shots for the search.
