Biblical Contradiction: Who Is The Judge of Mankind?

By
Bassam Zawadi

John 12:47-49

47"As for the person who hears my words but does not keep them, I do not judge him. For I did not come to judge the world, but to save it. 48There is a judge for the one who rejects me and does not accept my words; that very word which I spoke will condemn him at the last day. 49For I did not speak of my own accord, but the Father who sent me commanded me what to say and how to say it.

compared with

John 5:22

Moreover, the Father judges no one, but has entrusted all judgment to the Son,

1 Peter 1:17

Since you call on a Father who judges each man's work impartially, live your lives as strangers here in reverent fear.

So as we see John 12 contradicts John 5 because John 12 says that Jesus does not judge certain people. However, John 5 says that all judgment is entrusted to Jesus. John 5 contradicts with 1 Peter because John 5 says that the Father judges no one but in 1 Peter we see that the Father does judge man's work.

Sam Shamoun attempted to respond back to this article here http://www.answering-islam.org/Responses/Osama/zawadi_jesus_judge.htm

He thought that he could resolve the contradiction by saying that God judges the world through the Son. He quotes Acts 17:30-31 as the strongest argument for this point. He also tries to use the Quran to show that God works through agency of angels in by comparing 32:11 and 47:27. However, any careful reader can easily see that Shamoun did not answer the argument fully.

Christians believe that the Father is God, Son is God and Holy Spirit is God. So the Son is the God who has all judgment assigned to him according to John 5:22. The Son of God then is the God judging the world through the Son of Man according to Acts 17:30-31.

But John 5:22 clearly states that the Father judges no one and 1 Peter 1:17 does state that he judges. Sam tries to shut me up by showing an example from the Quran. But he cannot do so. Because in the Quran it says in 32:11 that God takes the souls at death but when we read 47:27 we then know how. But if 32:11 said that God does not take the souls at death and then we find another verse that says God does not take the souls at death then we have a problem. But this problem is not there in the Quran but there in the Bible when we read John 5:22 and 1 Peter 1:17.

Sam also fails to show that John 5:22 and 1 Peter 1:17 are different contexts. It is obvious that we will all be judged on the Day of Judgment.

The contradiction stands. When God judges people, it is the Son ( second person of the God head) that does the judgment and not the Holy Spirit or Father. But in 1 Peter 1:17 we see the Father does judge people impartially, which means that he judges and is therefore a contradiction.

Did Isaiah 53 really prophesies about the crucifixion of Jesus? It supports Islam's claims about Jesus peace be upon him never died on the cross.  I also addressed John 19:36-37 from the Bible and proved that Jesus never got crucified, since GOD Almighty promised that he will protect Jesus' body and not let even a single bone be broken.    My question to all Christians is: How in the world is it possible for the feet to get nailed on the cross without any penetration to the bones by the nails, hence breaking part of the feet's bones?! I also added refutations to Exodus 12:46, Numbers 9:12, Zechariah 12:10 and Psalm 34:20, which supposedly prove the Christians' belief about Jesus crucifixion.  I proved that this dogma has no truth what so ever and exposed the wrong Trinitarian English translation of Zechariah 12:10.
