Brother Osama, I agree with you that the word سلالة does refer to the purest of sperm, but in verse 21:12 in particular, it is describing the creation of Prophet Adam (peace and blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him). There's another noble verse you qouted from Suratus-Sajdah where it literally says سلالة من ماء مهين. I think that verse supports your claim much stronger than 21:12. You can also says about noble verse 21:12 that the most common compound in the human body has the same molecular components as that of clay, which is another miracle of the Glorious Qur'an.
