To finish writing a full length report on astronomy in the Qur'an. It's rather broad. I've already started on my website!

Peace
br, that is an nice website
can i make a few suggestions
however, on the ayaan hirsi ali page, i recommend that you un-bold italian, since people will get the wrong idea and think that islam forbids italian food, which it does not. you should also list the negative impacts of drinking. Also with regards to apostasy, i recommend you read
http://www.loonwatch.com/2009/09/apostasy/ (READ THE ENTIRE ARTICLE, he does make one mistake though, when he shows the quran chapter 4 verses 89-91 he is actually referencing quran verse 4 verses 88-91)
but anyway, you should EXPLAIN IT, not just say they are "misquouted".

as for stoning its not in the quran, but it is in the hadiths, and since you now a (authentic) hadith-believing muslim, and most are, it is important to include them, however, in the hadiths there are 2 things we need to see:
First the prophet stoned disbelievers according to their religious texts

Sahih Bukhari 6.79, Narrated by Abdullah ibn Umar
The Jews brought to the Prophet a man and a woman from among them who had committed illegal sexual intercourse. The Prophet said to them, "How do you usually punish the one amongst you who has committed illegal sexual intercourse?" They replied, "We blacken their faces with coal and beat them." He said, "Don't you find the order of Ar-Rajm (i.e. stoning to death) in the Torah?" They replied, "We do not find anything in it." 'Abdullah bin Salam (after hearing this conversation) said to them, "You have told a lie! Bring here the Torah and recite it if you are truthful." (So the Jews brought the Torah). And the religious teacher who was teaching it to them, put his hand over the Verse of Ar-Rajm and started reading what was written above and below the place hidden with his hand, but he did not read the Verse of Ar-Rajm. 'Abdullah bin Salam removed his (i.e. the teacher's) hand from the Verse of Ar-Rajm and said, "What is this?" So when the Jews saw that Verse, they said, "This is the Verse of Ar-Rajm." So the Prophet ordered the two adulterers to be stoned to death...
Second, adultery's impossible to prove in Islam:
Read http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=enTXLxZ1kRQ (see the entire video, btw, when he says "verse of stoning", please check this http://www.call-to-monotheism.com/the_quranic_verse_on_stoning  (it is HIGHLY important that you read this))
. Also look at http://www.loonwatch.com/2010/01/anti-sex-laws/ (i can give you extra proof about the pregnancy thing)
I hope you like my feedback, glad 2 b of use
peace

Also, for your women men equality thing you should include info the on answering christianity.
you should also put in this hadith
It was narrated that ‘Aa’ishah said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was asked about a man who notices some wetness but does not remember having a wet dream. He said, “He should do ghusl.” He was asked about a man who thinks that he had an erotic dream but does not see any wetness. He said, “He does not have to do ghusl.” Umm Salamah said, “O Messenger of Allaah, does a woman have to do ghusl if she sees something like that?” He said, “Yes, women are the twin halves of men.”

(Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 113 (sahih by al albani); Abu Dawood, 236 (hasan))

al-‘Ajlaani said:

Ibn Qattaan said: its isnaad via ‘Aa’ishah is da’eef (weak) but its isnaad via Anas is saheeh (sound).
Aisha narrated that the Prophet said: “women are the twin halves of men.” [al- Tirmidhi, 113; classed as Saheeh by Shayk Albani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi

Because "wine" in Italian restaurants is always alcoholic

i though wine, in general, was ALWAYS alcoholic, and beer was the could-be-non-alcoholic one.
