What is this thing memri TV every single time I see an anti Islamic video which involves a Muslim cleric saying stupid things on YouTube it is from memri tv,what is it ?

It seems to be an Arab who used to listen to sheikhs and cut from their speech what suits his ideology for propaganda and Islamophobia.
