is this true or false hadith
« on: October 06, 2015, 04:16:27 AM »
A wack christian has posted. Can you please find out the true meaning of this or is it fake

The formula on how to be saved from hell and enter paradise(janna):
Imam Jalal al-Din Suyuti reports from Tabarani and Bayhaqi who narrate from Hukaymah bint Umaymah (May Allah be pleased with her) with an authentic chain of transmission, she said, 'the Prophet (May Allah shower peace and blessings on Him) had a wooden bowl in which He used to urinate and was placed under His bed. One night, He searched for it but did not find it and asked for it saying, ‘where is the bowl?’ The members of the house replied ‘Umm Salamah’s slave girl Barrah drank from it’ who came from Habashah with her. The Prophet replied, ‘SURELY SHE HAS PROTECTED HERSELF FROM THE FIRE with a great wall’’'.
Comment: Drinking Muhammad's urine "IS THE SALVATION" to muslims. Allahu Akbar.

The prophet do not commend to drink his urine.
But since she secretly drank the urine, thus she gets blessed. Nothing awkward about such story whether its fabricated or of truth.

Since the prophet is regarded as blessing to universe.

And in Islam salvation from Hell came thru many form of means as permitted by the Merciful Creator.

The hadeeth isn't authentic due to presence of Hukayma - which is unknown- in the chain of transmission.

Quote

Akhi Submit, this is so improper brother to say the least

We don't have such superstitions in Islam.. Our deen is one of purity and cleanliness, common sense and logic!

This is definitely fabricated hadeeth and we should not help propagate such lies!

As'salamu Alaikum dear brothers,

Very well put, dear brother Tarek.  Indeed, Islam and Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, are innocent from the false narrations that had been attributed to them.

And great job for showing that the narration is doubtful, dear brother Sama.

May Allah Almighty bless you, dear brothers.  Ameen.

Take care,
Osama Abdallah

As'salamu Alaikum dear brothers in Islam,

I would like to add this from the Glorious Quran regarding Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him:

[074:004]  And thy clothes do thou purify,

‏74:4 وثيابك فطهر

Even Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, THE HUMAN, produced impurities and was commanded by Allah Almighty to purify his clothes.  And there are other Noble Verses where the Prophet and the Muslims were Commanded to clean their bodies.

So the idea of Prophet Muhammad's excrement being holy and medicine is no more than remnants of pagan traditions of glorifying creations and idolizing them that were falsely injected into Islamic traditions.  But Islam is innocent from all of this.  Otherwise, what would be so dirty about them that the Prophet needs to purify himself and his clothes from them when they are pure and healing??

This is what bothers me from our traditions.  Why even try to put our precious and beloved Prophet under the microscope like this, and make him prone to ALL KINDS OF GOSSIPS AND LIES AND NONSENSE that are nothing short of blasphemies and idolization of him??

For ample more Noble and proofs, please visit:

Take care,
Osama Abdallah

Thanks for the worthy reminder brother.

Indeed even the prophet himself regard his urine to be unclean and no companions have ever collected prophet's urine for certain purposes.

Quote
I was with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) when he came to the dumping ground of filth belonging to a particular tribe. He urinated while standing, and I went aside. He (the Holy Prophet) asked me to come near him and I went so near to him that I stood behind his heels. He then performed ablution and wiped over his socks.
