He said, “Before we discuss this question, tell me what you think about a boat in the Euphrates which goes to shore, loads itself with food and other things, then returns, anchors and unloads all by itself, without anyone sailing or controlling it?” They said, “This is impossible.” Abu Hanifa said:
إِذَا كَانَ هَذَا مُحَالًا فِي سَفِينَةٍ فَكَيْفَ فِي هَذَا الْعَالَمِ كُلِّهِ عُلْوِهِ وَسُفْلِهِ
If it is impossible with a boat, then how is it possible for the world, in all its vastness, to move by itself?
Once a desert Arab was asked about the evidence of Allah’s existence, so he responded:
يَا سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ الْبَعْرَةَ لَتَدُلُّ عَلَى الْبَعِيرِ وَإِنَّ أَثَرَ الْأَقْدَامِ لَتَدُلُّ عَلَى الْمَسِيرِ فَسَمَاءٌ ذَاتُ أَبْرَاجٍ وَأَرْضٌ ذَاتُ فِجَاجٍ وَبِحَارٌ ذَاتُ أَمْوَاجٍ أَلَا يَدُلُّ ذَلِكَ عَلَى وُجُودِ اللَّطِيفِ الْخَبِيرِ
Glory be to Allah! The camel’s dung testifies to the existence of the camel, and the track testifies to the fact that someone was walking. A sky that holds the stars, a land that has fairways and a sea that has waves? Does not all of this testify to the existence of the Most Kind, Most Knowledgeable?

1)It feels like an infinite loop atheists say we don't have evidence and we say they don't just minor signs as humamity has advanced people have concluded faith is fiction. So many intelligent people don't believe in God and they are known for there logic.
2) People ask if we cannot comprehend how Allah is how can we say the universe needs a creator maybe it's out of our knowledge.

These are allegations and why people say Islam is not a religion of peace:
1) Verses in the Quran that order to kill.
2) I was watching a video by David wood called the Quran in context were he apparently shpws even if you look at the context it doesn't make a diifrence and the Muslims are agressive.
3) Terrorism and militant groups
4) Hadiths about killing e.g. killing of apostates.

I'm loosing faith it's been 5 months I've cried and begged and asked Allah for a sign. I've been told one who cries for Allah Allah will always be there for you I've been crying almost every night begging for a sign while in sujdah.
I asked Allah for a sign and said Allah please show me a sign within the Quran i tried this 6 times opening the book up to a random page but nothing but verses that have no benefit to me just about rulings. Every night before I sleep I ask for a dream (for 5 months) and cry but no dream.
Allah says in the Quran to call on him and he will always answer you .
Life is a test but Allah said he would answer me how Is this fair.
This feeling of nothingness and no answer is haunting and makes me loose faith.
Any advice or answers.

Hence the mocking by polytheists to claim that Allah is weak as He cant
Also Kaaba in the beginning was just floor with no roof. It is place of worship and for direction of prayers. Say if one day the Kaaba has no wall or roof. We will still face the same direction despite not having any building there.
