Please be advised that the seven layers listed in the Qur'an are in fact not talking about the layers of the atmosphere.

According to nasa.gov which is the ultimate authority on this matter:

"The Earth's atmosphere has four primary layers: the troposphere, stratosphere, mesosphere, and thermosphere."

As for the layers within the atmosphere, there are six.

Thank you very much for bringing this up. I would also like to add that the Jews also believe in 7 heavens. Anyways, your theory is still absurd and pointless. The number 7 is a special number in most religions and even in the religions which predate the discovery of Jupiter.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/7_(number)

Go to the religions section.

The seven heavens refer to the seven heavenly bodies in ancient religions.

Back in those days, instead of planets, we had the "seven heavenly bodies":

Moon > Mercury > Venus > Sun > Mars > Jupiter > Saturn

When Muslims circumambulate the black cube seven times, they are in fact paying tribute to these seven heavenly bodies. Our days are named after some of these heavenly bodies:

Saturday - Saturn
Sunday - Sun
Monday - Moon
Wednesday - Venus
Thursday and Friday are named after the ancient deities "Thor" and "Frida", I don't remember where we get Tuesday from. However, this explains why Christians worship on Sunday, or the day of the Sun, as Jesus was the "light of the world" or the "risen savior".

Once again, visit the links that I gave above.  What you posted was from Greek Mythology.  We don't care about it and it is not original in anyway.  Besides, the days' names in Arabic are nothing about planets.  They are:

1-  Al-Ahad - The singular, the one, the beginning.
2-  Al-Ithnayn - the Dual.
3-  Al-Thulatha - The Triple.
4-  Al-Arbiaa - The Quadruple.
5-  Al-Khamees - the Quintuple.
6-  Al-Jumuah - The Gathering, the Group.  This is where Muslims pray the Jumuah Prayer in group.  It is mandatory upon all Muslims.
7-  Al-Sabt - Named after the Jewish Holy Sabbath that was decreed by Allah Almighty upon the Jews.

Nothing about planets here.  Your Greek Mythology is empty.  It doesn't disprove Islam.  And once again, the Glorious Quran's Claims about the Earth and the Atmosphere were scientifically proven to be Miraculous.

The doomed-to-Hell infidels have nothing on Islam.  I challenge you to refute the article that I gave you above.  I am waiting....

Take care,
Osama

Calm down you are making us (the Muslims) look bad. Like I said before, his theory is dumb. Since Jupiter was not discovered until 1610 by Galilei who is an Italian astronomer. He was accused of heresy by the Christians because he suggested that the Earth moves around the Sun and he was punished heavily until his death after that.

Are you Introvert18? Your theories are just like his. Anyways, Jupiter was not discovered until 1610.

@Awesome31310

As for my religious views, I am a Gnostic Luciferian, but what is that, but a mere label?

The treatment of Shiites under Sunni rule has been well documented by Non-Muslim sources.

Not really, the media is known for over hating Saudi Arabia and creating big lies against it. An example of that is the lie that women can't get out of their houses without their husbands and that they cannot create a bank account on their own. If that was the case then the malls would be 100% empty! The claim that Saudi Arabia has 15% Shiites is TOO much. I can see it being 5%, but anything higher than that is overdone. In fact, I see more Christians and Hindus than Shiites over here! Most Shiites live on the eastern side of Saudi Arabia, mostly the Sharqiyyah region (includes cities like Dammam and Qatif). It is true that the cities in which the Sunnis live in are richer and lack poverty. And this is normal because every single place with a lot Shiites in it is doomed.

Lebanon (40% Shiite, 40% Christians and Sunnis): Hezbollah (terrorist Shiite group), terrorist attacks on the rise, Saudi Arabia refused to give them 4 million because of Hezbollah, and illiteracy rates are a bit high.

Iraq (90% Shiite): Terrorist groups, war, destruction, poverty, Sunnis are discriminated against, and last month the Iraqi government told the Sunnis to stop protesting for their rights.

Iran (90-95% Shiite): Same reasons as Iraq but at a less rate.

Yemen (47% Shiite and the rest Sunni): The Houthis (Shiite terrorist group) are causing a war in Yemen at the moment and same reasons as Iraq but at a larger rate. The Sunni Yemenis always tend to be the educated and the righteous people while the Shiites are low class.

Syria (10% Shiite and Bashar al-Assad  and his supporters are Shiites): The biggest reason for the war in Syria is because of the Shiites and same reasons as Yemen and Iraq but at a higher rate.

As we can see, ALL countries with either a huge Shiite population or a Shiite ruler suffer.

Only 1% of Muslims support ISIS (see the Pew Research Laboratory's study) so it is pointless to bring them up and just like I said before, ISIS kills more Sunnis than Shiites or Christians. Last month they bombed the holy city of Medina. As for the stuff regarding Wahabis, see my debate with Osama Abdallah on this site. I will continue it later inshaAllah.

I have done my research. I'm a Non-Muslim but I am fully aware of what happens to Shiites in countries like Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, etc.

IDK what kind of research that you are doing, but it must be really bad lol.

The Saudi Arabian government claims they (the Shias) are apostates and dictates the death penalty for them in their law. The Taliban is very Anti-Shiite, as are other major radical Islamic terrorist groups.

First, how are the Shiites (Shias) apostates when they weren't Muslims in the first place? And yes, the punishment for apostasy is death in Islam. I recommend that you read the following links:

http://www.letmeturnthetables.com/2012/05/punishment-apostasy-islam-rationale.html

http://www.call-to-monotheism.com/of_course_apostates_should_be_killed

There are way more reasons for this punishment. I might discuss them at a later date.

Second, no. In fact, the Shiites are treated pretty fairly in Saudi Arabia and many Shiites from the city of Qatif are converting to Islam (Sunni Islam). However, the country did treat the Shiites extremely unfairly at the beginning. As for Pakistan, I'm no Pakistani so I'm not obliged to speak about the country. But I would just like to tell you that the Taliban kills more Sunnis than Shiites.

So what is your religion? It seems that you hate Catholics so I am assuming that you are a Protestant?

Hello sir. Are you a non-Muslim? Regarding your question:

I think that Osama should answer this questoon since it is directed at him, but I have a few things to say. First, I don't agree with all of Osama's overhyped conspiracy theories. He believes that just because something has a single eye on it then that means it comes from the Al-Masih Al-Dajjal  (the false messiah or the anti-Christ)  which is ridiculous and not true. Second, he has so many weird conspiracies regarding the Jews. The Quran tells us that they will be in a high place in this life and that is it. We don't go and blame every single bad thing on them! All we know is that all of the trouble in the middle east is because of the western countriess' interference, we don't go as far as to say that it was done by the Jews. Maybe or maybe not.

Regarding the shias:

It is actually the shias who are killing the sunnis. Bashar al-Assad is a shia himself and so are his supporters. Same thing goes for Lebanon and Yemen. They have Hizbollah and the Houthis. The shias are NOT Muslims. That is like saying a Mormon is a Christian.

Introvert98  says  is really new/young to Islam (perhaps a convert ?), but seems to have engaged with comparison between religions.

 Assalamu alaikum,

He did once say that he is very young. I can understand that since I'm also young (13 to be precise), but Introvert acts extremely immaturly to the point that one might think that he is a 6 year old or some troll. Nevertheless, a young person shouldn't enter the world of comparative religion. I did it and I mostly regretted it. In the middle of my studying I would get some doubts and I would just waste my time on the internet (especially on this site). That was the case for about a whole entire year! But at the end I came back as a person with stronger faith than I had before alhamdulilah and the doubting stopped. A famous Egyptian man (forgot his name) had went through the same thing that I went through.  Except that for him it lasted 30 years. He was a very depressed and he had many bad things going on in his life (such as being divorced). At some point he lost faith and became an agnostic. He studied most religions for 30 years and in the end of the day he came out as a Muslim. Just like myself, except way more suffering  and time. This is why I'm hesitant to ban Introvert.

Regarding the incident, Fireman Sam have officially apologised and will not work with the animation studio responsible for the issue. They are also trying to immediately remove the episode from circulation.

https://www.facebook.com/FiremanSam/posts/10154140820915067

Sigh, you always take everything seriously lol. Anyways, theyes were most likely lying and they put the Quran picture there on purpose. Their excuse is really horrible and bad. "My finger slipped while animating this cartoon and I accidentally put the Quran's image" would've been a better excuse honestly. For example, a character in Jojo's Bizzare Adventure (an anime) was seen holding the Quran for a few seconds in an episode, the sura was Al-Raad (The thunder). But here is their excuse for it:

"Shueisha posted a Japanese statement about the issue and a English letter to the "Muslim audience of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure" on Thursday. In both documents, Shueisha and A.P.P.P. explained that the anime staffers added Arabic text to the book to indicate the scene's apparent location in the Arabic world. However, the same staffers were illiterate in Arabic and did not realize that they chose pages from the Qur'an. The two companies acknowledged that they were also unaware of the issue until recently, and emphasized that manga author did not know that the anime staffers added pages from the Qur'an. The Japanese statement asserted that the story's setting is fantasy, and is not intended to depict Islam or Muslims. Both documents offer the companies' "sincere apology to Muslims for the incidents."

So their excuse is valid. And to further prove that they didn't intend for ithe, in the manga (the comic which inspired the anime) the Quran isn't found anywhere. Instead, the character just holds a book. And in the remastered version of the anime, the scene is removed.

@QuranSearchCom

We should give him multiple chances. I have a feeling that he might go to the missionaries and tell them that we mistreated him and then he will fakely convert Christianity. I also need something stupid to laugh at in this site.  This place is really depressing TBH. Also, I forgot about responding to your claims against Saudi Arabia. Will address them soon insha Allah.

Osama when are you gonna ban this guy? I don't need to give you evidence of him being a troll anymore.

Auto correct ruined the title  :'( Why is there no editing option? Also, a user in Quora stated that the Gray's Anatomy book (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gray%27s_Anatomy) says that there are between 300 to 400 joints in the body.

101
Assalamu Alaikum brother Osama and everyone else,

I have found more scientific and reliable sources that prove that the human body has 360 joints! But before that, I would like everyone to read this article:

http://en.islamtoday.net/artshow-392-3466.htm

Now here are the links which support this claim:

http://naturatomica.com/category/joints-bones-muscles

http://www.medixselect.com/page/symptomsofjointpain

http://www.nekosdedricks.com/certified_fitters.html

http://www.buzzle.com/articles/joints-in-the-body.html

There are more listed over here:

https://askmessenger1400.wordpress.com/2015/02/27/الادلة-العلمية-على-عدد-مفاصل-الانسان-360/

Many of the domains in the links in the website above are expired but thankfully he took pictures of the texts in the expired websites. Go to the end to see them. It is also intereating to note that many websites also claid that the number of joints is from 200 to 400.

 Assalamu alaikum brother,

Here is the proof that our prophet (peace be upon him) existed:

http://www.islamic-awareness.org/History/Islam/Inscriptions/earlysaw.html

And even if there is no proof for the existence of Muhammad (peace be upon him), the same thing goes for Jesus and Moses (peace be upon them both). Some might argue that the Josephus and the Tacitus prove the existence of Jesus (peace be upon him), but they are forged.

http://www.truthbeknown.com/josephus.htm

http://www.truthbeknown.com/pliny.htm

http://www.jesusneverexisted.com/josephus-etal.html

Of course, I'm not saying that Jesus (peace be upon him) didn't exist. I'm just showing you the hypocrisy and the double standard of Robert Spencer and his missionary friends. Danios of Loonwatch has challenged Spencer many times to debate him, but Spencer pathetically refused.

The seven Earths are not contradictory to science. No one said that the 7 Earths are the layers of the Earth. Scientists have discovered 3 planets which look like the Earth 500 light years away. Some might bring up the hadith which says that the 7 Earths have a distance of five hundred years (not light years) to refute the previous claim, but the hadith is very weak. For more read this:

http://www.islamweb.net/emainpage/index.php?page=showfatwa&Option=FatwaId&Id=82776

Second, I don't know what is contradictory between the 7 heavens and science. We don't know where the 7 heavens are.

Regarding the moon split:

It was a miracle that was preformed by our prophet (peace be upon him). Some Muslims (like Ahmad Farooq on this site) might claim that he didn't preform the miracle and that the hadith narrated from Abdullah ibn Massod is a weak hadith. But most scholars agree that the Prophet did indeed split the moon and the hadith from Abdullah ibn Massod is Mutafaqun Alaih  (agreed upon).

Some Muslims have brought up some pictures to prove the moon split, but they have been debunked by NASA. NASA didn't say anything about the moon split, buthe they only commented on the fake pictures which are used by some Muslims. It is a miracle, we shouldn't bring science in to it.

For more read this:

 Assalamu alaikum,

What are you waiting for?

105
But i wanna refute i already refuted half of it XD play i'll wait for someone else but the Non Muslim thinks his the hero & Islam false So i'll wait..

All scholars agree that it is prohibited for a person to visit or look at anti-Islamic materials unless he is a person of huge knowledge and faith who wants to refute them. So please take my tip and do NOT visit any anti-Islamic thing again. I would just like to tell you that most of the stuff that he said is most probably refuted and debunked. Go to this website:
