Islam could not be false religion, that is like claiming the religion of the Israelites and Noahites as false religion. Jews are permitted to pray in a mosques but they are prohibited from praying inside Churches.

And the biggest sect of Christianity which is the Catholics declared that Muslims will receive salvation too in their Cathecism.

So it is not that hard for Paul to gain authority among converts of Roman gentiles based on the story of Jesus (a human God) having resurrection and ascension on earth.

If Paul were to invite Roman gentiles to believe in a singular unique God that does not have sculptress on earth or any form of resemblances. Paul will be cursed by the Helenistics Romans as mad man for inventing a new type of God that has no human appearance.

If the timeline is close to the biblical version, then nails should have existed then. If the timeline is multi millenniums ago before the biblcial version.
Then the building of rigid ark was thru the guidance and aid of angels following commands given by Creator.

Any version of global flood or local flood will still not be an issue as the the offspring inside the ark later become the forefathers of the semitic nations.
