IMMACULATE CONCEPTION
Muslims believe in the immaculate conception (i.e., not conceived in sin) of only two persons: Mary and Jesus, as do the Roman Catholic Church. All Christians believe in the immaculate conception of Jesus, but not all believe in the immaculate conception of Mary. The doctrine of Immaculate Conception of Mary was imposed as an Article of Faith in the Roman Catholic Church by Pope Pious IX on Dec. 18th, 1854. The Muslim belief stem from the hadiths:

Narrated Said bin Al-Musaiyab:
Abu Huraira said, "I heard Allah's Apostle saying, 'There is none born among the off-spring of Adam, but Satan touches it. A child therefore, cries loudly at the time of birth because of the touch of Satan, except Mary and her child." Then Abu Huraira recited: "And I seek refuge with You for her and for her offspring from the outcast Satan" (3.36) (Sahih Bukhari 4.641)
Thus, Islam believes that only Mary and Jesus were not touched by Satan. Even Muhammad did not have this distinction.

as quoted in hadith above the Grandmother of Jesus seek for such protection, and Allah granted it.

Quote
And when she was delivered she said: My Lord! Lo! I am delivered of a female - Allah knew best of what she was delivered - the male is not as the female; and lo! I have named her Mary, and lo! I crave Thy protection for her and for her offspring from Satan the outcast. (3:36)

Firstly, just wondering what is your religion?

Secondly, i recommend to read up on the miracle during birth of prophet muhammad(pbuh). Just like jesus(pbuh) prophet muhammad(pbuh) did not give any pain during labor.

On the authority of ‘Arbadh bin Sariya Ahmad reported a similar hadith. (Mukhtasar Seerat-ur-Rasool, p.12; Tabaqat Ibn Sa’d 1/63).

The holy Prophet Muhammad’s ﷺ mother felt no delivery pain like other women felt. It was a miraculous birth unlike any other and marked a turning point in history to what the world was going to witness.

Also another point to make that when muhammad (pbuh) was born, the idols in kabah put by the idollators, majority fell and broke. Also when he came out he was in state of sujood, with his index finger towards the sky, indicating that god is 1.
