This hadith is clearly fabricated.
Only Allah can determine our fate. We have no real say, other than in the task of asking for forgiveness and repenting to want to change our lives for the better, then Allah can change our fate if He wants too.
So we can not dare to assume to have the powers of Allah, by using Allahs name to make any eventual out come. We are not Gods, but mere Human Mortals.
If any part of this hadith were to be true, then it would be the part of saying Allahs name and warding off the Devil, Satan, ...but no more, ......as only Allah can determine what test in life we assume, and the test invariably involves Satans temptations, as with the examples of the Prophets.......!
