Did Waraqa believe in Prophet(SAWS)?

Assalamu Alaykum Brothers,
We know that Khadeeja (R)took prophet to Waraqa Bin Noufal after the incident of the first revelation.And he told it was the same angel that came to Musa(A) and other prophets(A) that Prophet(S) saw.But as we have learned in madrasa,AbuBakker (R) is the first among men to believe in Prophet(S) and Khadeeja among women.Didnit Waraqa believe in Prophet(S)?

As for Waraqa never declaring himself to belief, but only said he will support the prophet the moment he began to preach, but died short period after that.

'Aishah said:
"The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) was asked about Waraqah. Khadijah said to him: 'He believed in you, but he died before your advent.' So the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said: 'I saw him in a dream, and upon him were white garments. If he were among the inhabitants of the Fire then he would have been wearing other than that.'"
